I’ve been to Krave a few times now, and the food is always amazing! My favorites are the pepper shrimp, the codfish cakes, and the Rasta pasta (which I didn’t get this time) their oxtail and Mac & cheese is also pretty good. The ambiance and vibe in there is very nice, the decor is beautiful, and the service was warm & friendly! Would highly recommend dining in over take out. I ordered a couple times from UberEats and the food quality is drastically different.

I've heard family and friends rave about Krave, so I was glad for the opportunity to finally try it out for myself. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and the vibe made us feel right at home, as if in the Caribbean. The food was good overall and generously portioned. I liked that fresh veggies were incorporated into most dishes. I wish I could highlight one dish but, nothing stood out above the rest to me, to be honest. The service was good and our wait staff were friendly. I was disappointed to learn that the two Pina Coladas my kids insisted on having, the prices of which were not posted in the menu, totaled $28. That was an unpleasant surprise, which I'm obviously responsible for not inquiring about. Based on the prices of other reasonably posted drinks, I thought they would be in the same price range. Having said that, they enjoyed it, think and creamy. Otherwise, I felt items are reasonable, compared to most places right now. Just be sure to check prices before ordering. I'd definitely return at some point and am proud to have this spot in my neighborhood.

Went on a date night with my wife and we enjoyed our night…Food: was definitely flavorful and savory.For appetizers we had the lamb meatballs which were delicious and the sauce it came with went perfect on the side of mash potatoes that came with the entree. We also had the jerk tacos which could have used a little more meat but were delicious as well. Wife ordered the Oxtails entree and I ordered the SeaBass (Bronzini). My dish came with callaloo which was good but nothing mentioned okra being mixed in. I don’t like okra and wish I had known but I ate it and it wasn’t cooked in a traditional slimy way that okra normally comes so I was actually surprisingly pleased.Drinks: Wife ordered a mojito and I ordered some strawberry cognac type of concoction. We both agreed the drinks were mid level, nothing to rave about. Will try the house rum punch next time.Service: Food and drinks came out in good timing. Waiter was good, no real complaints except I do feel that for a 20% tip in which we did give him service could’ve been better. Other than ordering our food he only came to the table to bring our drinks. Never checked on us to see if we needed anything or refilled our water. So really tipped him $32 for just taking our order and bringing us drinks and the bill (someone else brought us our food).Atmosphere: Decor was nice & modern.Music was good and the actual space was bigger than we thought from the outside looking in. Bathrooms were very clean and sanitary.We will recommend to friends and return again in the future.

We came to KRAVE to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. Things went well untilIt was time to toast the her 90 years. My mother doesn't drink, so we requested a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage. We were given 4 flutes of seltzer water which they charged us for. When I asked the owner to waive the charge for the water he refused. A very low class move

This place was one of my favorite places to go. The buffet was one of a kind, but now things have taken a change. I recently visited Krave on a Sunday. Which is the day they normally do brunch/party. I went with a party of 20 to celebrate a birthday. From the moment I walked into the doors the energy from the men at the doors were very strong and unpleasant. They don’t greet their customers, they just stare and look at you. The entire time you are trying to enjoy yourself, they are just staring and looking at you. This place seems to be ran by family, the whole family is rude! I use to love going because of the open buffet, but now that Department of health has put that to an end. I’m happy to say after my experience, I will never go to Krave again. Everyone is unapproachable, the men in this workplace are bunch of disgusting men.

Love the brown stew chicken and rice and peas as well.The rum punch is always a must have.The guy who waited on our table short with thick black framed glasses, I Don’t want him to ever serve my table again. It was clear he didn’t want to be there that evening. Very unfriendly and super rushy.I wish the staff didn’t bring out the entrees while we’re having our appetizers. And I wish they would stop snatching up the dish ware so quick. It’s rude.The place is beautiful however because the unfriendliness with staff I won’t be back for awhile.

Yesterday was my worst time at Krave. I had a 6pm reservation. My friends and I were seated right away. It was the four.of us who were all excited to have dinner at Krave. Our waiter was cold, in a funky mood and lacked patience. My red snapper hardly had any meat. The Bus Boys don't give you anytime to enjoy your food. They constantly rush over to clean your table and check if you are done. I always go to Krave because I love the Caribbean food, drinks and music but last night was a NO for me.
