I’m out of town and I went in there to ask for a hot pastrami sandwich.I was so disappointed pastrami was cold rye bread was not toasted and cold. The mustard was warmer than the sandwich and the bread. What a disappointment place looks great, but the food is horrible.

On 4/5/23 at 8:20 a.m. , My daughter who is pregnant walked in and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and she waited 10 minutes for the bagel to be toasted while 3 other male customers who walked in after her were able to receive their wedge sandwiches and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches before her food was finished. When my daughter started to complain, the cashier Alla told my daughter not to come back or to call her order in but my daughter's phone is damaged. My daughter buys food from this overpriced restaurant everyday and spends about $15 to be treated so poorly. There are days when we call in and she asked for bacon egg and cheese on a toasted roll and her rolls aren't toasted! This is not the first second or third time and we are fed up now. I hope Eddie is able to rectify this situation because all customers deserve to be treated fairly and have their food prepared in a timely manners without prejudicial cashiers making them feel unwelcome.

I went to get a coffee. I did not like the price of the coffee it was too expensive. I didn't purchase the coffee. And the owner came out and started yelling. And he also assaulted me. I recommend that no one goes in they are miserable people in that establishment very unprofessional ??
