Went here for the 1st time at this location on Wednesday November 26th 2025 with my parents. We were here because we needed a quick breakfast before our busy day visiting in NY. This was about 5 minutes away from the hotel we were staying at- Hotel Noma. Now one should know what Mcdonalds serves- anything from hamburgers to chicken sandwiches and nuggets, and they also serve breakfast like mcgriddles, and various wraps and sandwiches. This location is open 24 hours. This location has ample parking, and we were able to find a spot right away. Walked in. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Only thing is that he did suggest to us to use the computer mobile screens for ordering since they have pictures, and we were unsure of what we wanted. Me- i'm fine with that-- but my dad can struggle with those machines sometimes. But, we were able to figure out what to order based upon the photos.The cashier also spent time and helped us with the machine if we had any problems. Which was useful. I got a medium coffee with McGriddles (which are pancakes!) My mom and Dad got a combo with a sandwich and small coffee. in total we spent $27.00. We paid via a credit card. We ate our breakfast at a table. Oh, and side note- most of the tables were dirty with crumbs on them and fries on the floor. Now we were able to find a clean one and sit comfortably but still. We did notice that same cashier trying to clean as well. We all enjoyed our coffee and food. I enjoyed my pancakes especially, and my coffee. Would most likely be back if we are ever in the area.

If I could give negative stars I would they got the worst workers of all time making the food they need to just close down the McDonald’s at this point or just fire everyone.

This is a pretty nice McDonald’s and it has a play place! The service was friendly and quick in the drive thru. Inside was bustling with people.

Not the first time this has happened; but where is the toy that was supposed to come with the Happy Meal. I mean it says it on the receipt. It is either no sauce(s) or something else.

Terrible service, why have the option to have food brought to you if they don't? Me and my girlfriend were sitting at the table with the number tent for over 20 minutes.. Thinking that they would bring it to us like idiots and they didn't call our order number nor did the kiosk give a receipt. Now the food is cold and they won't even remake it and blaming us for their lack of service, I got a bad knee so I can't be standing on no line for a long time so it's not disabled friendly.
I can see that this is a busy store and the employees are working hard, but solve UberEats pickups issue please. 3 orders ready for pickup and the employees are not even looking at me.

Came here with my work crew to get them breakfast. This included several orders on the same bill. Some orders had specifics like no egg. All the orders came out correct, and each order was in its own bag for each worker. Coffee was hot and delicious too.
