Was waiting at curbside for delivery but the app keep saying they're preparing the food. After about 5 minutes I went in and when I asked about my order the worker pointed to a bag sitting on the counter. When I got it to my car my fries were cold and salty when customized my fries with no salt.

This experience might have been an outlier, normally service is excellent, today not at all. The fries were ready but the coffee was not, the cups were not in the right silos, so completing tur order took too long

Expect extensive waiting time on dinner time.
Took them 42 minutes to make my food ready.
Not an issue with the mcds itself my problem is with them allowing a so called towing company harrass its customers by giving them boots and intimidating people forcing them to pay. If you go to this location BE CAREFUL AVALON TOWING they will boot you harrass you and yell at you

While this location is very convenient for me distance wise, the service between the morning shift and the night shift are virtually day and night. Putting in a mobile order to pick up in a designated spot at night time has one waiting better than 20 minutes for the order. Resulting in going inside to pick it up and it’s sitting there… This needs to be rectified. No complaints about the dayshift.

Well everyone knows that we have been going to McDonald's since we were kids but things have changed. My wife and I went to this McDonald's 2 days ago just to snack on something. My wife asked for a sauce and food the first time ever. The lady I'm assuming supervisor wanted 0.29 cent for a little sauce. It's not about the money but come on. When you been a McDonald's customer since you were a child. I don't think they should be charging for a one little sauce. I hope this gets to a higher up because you should be ashamed.

Worst customer experience ever, staff used the inconvenience of the ordering machine not printing receipts to rip customers off, I had to show electronic statements of my transaction as proof of having paid for my order to have my purchase acknowledged, while awaiting my I order I took the liberty to get me a drink seeing all staff were busy, only to have a chubby woman appear from nowhere verbally attacking me and demanding I pay refusing to hear my side of the story that I had already made initial payment but due to no fault of mine I didn’t have a receipt to show and that the meal I had already paid for wasn’t even ready for me to complete my transaction. I felt so embarrassed. Doubt I will ever make purchases from there again.

I’ve lived around the corner from this McDonald’s for years. The food Has always been decent, same with the service. However, since this was newly renovated the past year or so it’s quite a mess. I saw somebody else say that nobody speaks English and That is correct. They have curbside outside but as of recent, they’re taking 10 to 15 minutes to bring you food that you’ve already ordered ahead of time. You might as well Order inside and wait 5 to 10 minutes For your food. I’ll be sitting in my spot waiting and somebody that walked in after I got there will be leaving with their food happily while I’m still waiting. I hate to be like this, but if you’re serving certain people in a certain area, we should at least be able to communicate with the people that are serving us. There’s no issue with being bilingual, but the entire staff only speak Spanish while serving people that are English speaking. I already avoid the other McDonald’s because since that one has been renovated every time I go over there I’m either missing something or have the wrong thing in my bag. McDonald’s has to do better, especially now that it’s not as affordable as it used to be. All the headache is not even worth the food.

How can I order a kids' meal but not order a small drink with the meal, but I can order a small cup as long as it doesn’t come with the Happy Meal, and how can the inside be open but not the restrooms? What I remember is if you’re a food place and the inside is open, you’re supposed to have a bathroom. Clearly napkins are expensive these days since they have none out. Clearly ice doesn’t exist anymore. No one speaks English, and the best part is their fries are just as fresh as the microwave they toss them in. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.
