No parking. Adjoining businesses allow people to park in McDonald’s.

I am editing my original review, because the situation was resolved after nearly a month of waiting for a refund and multiple calls to corporate . The manager called me, apologized for everything and issued a refund. She also sent me meal vouchers as compensation for all of my time spent on phone calls and driving back and forth. She was very polite and easy to deal with. I can't rate the food because I didn't eat anything from there, but inside was very clean and extremely busy, which is usually an indication that it's a good place to eat.
I ordered food through the McDonald's app to pickup. When I pulled into the parking space reserved for pickup, I selected #4 from the app. I sat in my car for nearly 25 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out. Other people were getting out of their cars and gathering near the take out window, while others had their hand on the horn. I got out of my car, and walked over to the group of people who were obviously very annoyed. I was told that the employees had closed the restaurant to clean, and were not serving food. The door had a sign that read "closed for repairs". Everyone, including myself, had already paid for their meal through an online app. No-one received their order nor were they provided a refund. This incident occurred on October 9th of 2024, and I am still waiting for my refund!! The situation was not only a waste of valuable time, but was very aggravating. The employee who appeared to be in charge, didn't even make an attempt at apologizing to me or anyone else near me. I think I deserve a refund at least.

Bad service my order is never there and the staff is always with a bad face
This place you pay for a large coffee and you only get half cup no matter how many times i complained it's always the same service.

Very bad attention from the manager I gave her my code for a promotion and she didn’t know how to apply the promotion on the computer giving her the code a couple of times, I think they should put a more prepared person in the box
Workers were rude and unaccommodating. They refused to take my order in person and made me use the kiosk. Also they would not give me the bathroom key for no apparent reason.

This Franchisee is not customer friendly. I understand you need your parking lot for your customers and staff but to have Avalon place a boot on customers cars without even noticing they are in McDonalds is just wrong. Avalon is out for themselves and McDonalds franchisee is allowing them to do this to "true" customers. This happen to my family while they were inside the McDonald's. Thankfully they didn't eat inside or the car would have been towed.
Call corporate at 800-244-6227 to file a complaint. Requested franchisee to call and to date (2 weeks) they haven't called. They apparently don't care but with enough complaints to corporate maybe something will change.
