I usually drive to the other McDonald's in town because of the drive-through. I don't want to worry with all the high-schoolers when they are between classes or out of school for the day. I find the North Avenue restaurant service to be quite slow.

Mr. Avalon, the one who puts boots on cars, is disrespectful, he insulted me however he wanted, I didn't know what he was saying to me because I don't speak English and it turns out that I called someone who speaks English and he told me, damn mother, damn stupid. crazy and more. It is an abuse that they do not have the right to do that. this happened today at mac donals new rochelle north av I'll leave it here because this really affected me a lot

These horrible Employees are hard to communicate to and they’re just rude. They closed off the main dining section for hours and refuse to let me sit or pass through for no reason and are so rude about it. I just wanted to enjoy my meal sitting at a nice table but I can’t even sit at a fast food place.? Do better McDonald’s.

There has been numerous times where the Spanish girls that work in this location have made me leave because I have a service dog with me. Not only that but they have poor customer service and make people feel unwanted. I did my research and have heard it from multiple people that it is ILLEGAL to remove someone with a service dog outside of any public place and it’s also not required to show the service ID when asked. Not only this but there is one particular Spanish young girl who works packaging the food who was extremely rude and staring me down until I left with my food and dogs. I called her out and she had the audacity to give attitude. The hiring person needs to do better and hire people experienced, knowledgeable, and have great communication & customer service. If any one has a service pet please you have the right to enter any public place with them and eat either inside of the place or order out. It is your RIGHT!!! Know your rights and don’t let any one of these Spanish ladies speak to you rudely and make you leave without getting your food. If I could rate this place 0 I would but google only allows 1 star as the lowest. ??‼️?

I got burger and left package at my car. Then headed to the Starbucks to get my coffee. Upon return my car was locked by a guy who claimed that i used McDonald’s parking lot. I showed him the McDonald packages he wasn’t convinced. He asked me to pay $50 in cash in order to unlock the tire. He refused to give me any receipt for the violation or anything, eventually he unlocked my tire in return to $35 after an hour bargaining. Just telling you, the gut got money for himself, i know that using McDonalds parking for other purpose is not correct, but they guy is making business out of this.
