The portions of protein, carb and vegetable in each meal is the perfect amount. I am always satisfied and never left hungry! (which is what would always happen to me with other meal preps) The quality and presentation of the food is also top-tier. What I love about this specific company is the variety of meals from different cultures. These meals are not your typical chicken, broccoli and rice. They also have a great selection of low calorie and higher calorie meals which is extremely helpful depending on your diet goals. My favorite meals are The Daniel, Coconut Basil Shrimp and Lomo Saltado. I always look forward to picking up my weekly meals every Monday! Fitrition meals are a must-try!“

“First time trying out the place for their fried fish and sides. I suggest using a separate fryer for the seafood from the chicken. I tasted the chicken oil which over powered my fish. Potato salad was delicious. I suggest keeping popular sides like Mac n cheese in stock especially on Sundays as I was looking forward to trying that out. $15 for two pieces of fried whiting and one side of potato salad.“
