Ice cream is good. The kids working there look at you in disgust when you walk in because they have to look up from their cell phones for a second to prepare an ice cream. It feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff every time you come in there to spend money. Go elsewhere

Really good custard/french ice cream with tons of other options like donuts, Italian ices, ice cream cakes, shakes and concretes.For the custards they have 12 flavors and for Italian ice 10 (including 2 vegan). They have some really unique flavors, great prices ($8 for 3 scoops), allow sampling and have decent portions. They have tons of parking and some outdoor seating.Our favorites were the fluffernutter (peanut butter and marshmallow), blueberry cobbler and the chocolate black out.Will be back to try the concretes with their mix in options.

Very disappointing. The place is absolutely filthy. There were palm prints, hand prints, finger prints all over the display glass. The walls were filthy. The counter where you sit just disgusting. The floors were dirty with dried up ice cream, and sprinkles everywhere. I have never seen and ice cream shop this dirty.I ordered the mocha ice cream and I couldn't taste the mocha at all. It was just cold.The young lady and the young man behind the counter were very polite and helpful.You really need to have a company come in and clean that place up.

I was visiting Harlem with my friend. I heard about Mikey Dubbs for a while and figured it why not go since it was en route. I really enjoyed this place. It’s hard to find real custard on the East Coast and here you can get the real deal. The man that served us was super friendly and attentive. I am assuming he was the owner just by how professional he was and how he interacted with us. I would definitely go back. The place was crowded which means they have a good product. The prices were reasonable considering how prices keep climbing. I hope you check it out!

The frozen custard is 5 stars but the kids working there would rather be somewhere else. Lousy customer service when they finally do acknowledge your presence while lamenting how bad it is that they have to be working there.

Usually love this place, but just went in at 930ish (they close at 10). One worker was in the back breaking things down and cleaning, the other was helping the customers. About 10 minutes later, I ordered a milkshake for my daughter and was told "I can't, it's already been broken down." I responded "but you're open for another 20 minutes?!" He had no answer for me. Is it typical practice to clean things that early? Because it was done before I even walked in.

Not only is this custard ice cream unique and unbelievably fresh, but the owner and his staff make every visit a pleasure. They were supremely responsible during the height of COVID, they're supportive of the community and they are kind and responsive to everyone who walks through the door. The staff is clearly well-trained and treated well, because they pass the kindness along. Most importantly, you'll find both flavors you hadn't even dreamed of (but become your new favorites!) as well as the very best versions of old standards.

Sunday you don't have to go to work only Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday and Saturday if you working hard they will earn of the day off or vacation

I have been looking for a custard place that had that taste from when I was a kid. This does not taste like frozen custard but a really good fresh ice cream but the vanilla extract linger in my mouth way too long. The place is clean and the man was very nice. The price match out with the size. I will be back

Food is good, but portions have tremendously downsized with prices staying the same/increasing. It is now severely overpriced.

They will enforce a tyrannical mandate forcing children to wear masks. Don't comply. Don't let a business where you pay them set insane rules to support them. Go find a business that respects liberty
