We arrived on June 13th 2025 there were a total of 55 educators from New Rochelle schools celebrating end of the year final happy hour gathering .We want a low-key atmosphere and we confirmed that we could come by for happy hour Between 4 PM and 6 PM. We were instructed by their bartender male at 3:50 that we would have to vacate at five because there is another party arriving at 5 PM. Someone should’ve contact us and let us know so we could’ve made other arrangements.Instead at 4:50 the lights go on signaling that we need to start wrapping up ,pay your bills and leave We were very disappointed considering we rented a room for a Christmas party and we had a great time.(Dec 2024. ) This was extremely disappointing. The bartender was rude, condescending, and charged two of our employees full price drinks as we were sorting things out .We are local and we will never return.Btw The lady with a tattoo at the Bar was very nice . It’s a shame that we have to take our business elsewhere.Scratch was wonderful and accommodating at the last minute Yes, a local establishment as well.

I ordered two happy hour tapas $6 ea and two happy hour drinks at $6 ea, which the bartender poured in one glass, which I believed may have been short some ounces. I ordered the slider not knowing it was only one small little slider and mozzarella sticks. Which totaled $24, I asked for my check and was told $31 bartender never gave me a printed bill, but said the tip was included, ummmm aren’t I’m supposed to pick the tip I want to give you….. 18%, 22%, 25%….. get me once but never again …… you will be providing me with a printed check next go round and two separate drinks…. I don’t mind tipping good but don’t automatically put the tip you want !! 99% of the time I tip over the suggested amount, but let me initiate it !!

We hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner and post wedding brunch for our guests at NoMa Social, our waiter, Phil, was great and attentive during dinner. The food and drinks were great and our guests enjoyed their time during both events. After our wedding, we had an informal after party at NoMa Social but numerous guests had issues with the bouncer who had an attitude with them, even turning some away for wearing dressy sandals, but ratty sneakers were OK to enter the bar in. It was also difficult to even get to the bar with how crowded it was, making it hard to get drinks. Overall, NoMa Social was great for our formal two events but the after party was sub par.

We were a group of 5 people. There were very few people in the restaurant, but they still got the order wrong and some of us were nearly finished with our meal before others even got theirs. Food was okay.

We actually did not get to eat at Norma that day because, although they accepted my reservation on OpenTable for noon on a Friday, the restaurant does not open until 3 pm. So it was closed when we got there and had to find a different place that could take us for our birthday lunch! We were quite disappointed in the restaurant - no one contacted us to tell us of their mistake!

Food and drinks were good. However the customer service was not. We had a 6:00 pm reservation for my sisters bday and as were were being seated we were told that they had another reservation at 8pm and they would need the table by then. Then the whole time the staff was moving furniture and decorations around. I think that type of stuff should be done before the restaurant opens. It was very distracting. Then we were constantly informed that the table would be needed at 8pm. For the fact that we spent $400.00 on food and drinks the customer service was not very good. We felt very rushed. If you are having a party than don't allow people to book dinner reservations.
So it was my 1st time attending the Costume party at Noma Social. My cousins and I were super excited especially after hearing about the prizes. We put a lot of thought and effort into our costumes. The judging began at 2am when most patrons had left. Apparently the only people left for this CLAPPING POLE were friends with the people that had on basic boring costumes. We were in disbelief that none of our 6 costumes were even nominated. When we brought our disappointed up to the staff on Instagram we were met with hostility and disrespect. We obviously will not be returning for this event of any other but truly wanted to express our disappointed in this establishments lack of customer service or accountability. What a shame because it is a pretty place

Went to a Halloween party they were having and they were a few glitches on how the contest was handled and the backlash we received from Management was insulting and disrespectful. My friends and I will never return and the service was subpar and a 1 rated service. Perhaps they should reevaluate how management is running their business.

Visited 10/26 it was 6 of us trying to Celebrate 1 Bday. The food is delicious when you get it. We ordered Drinks, Tapas & Entrees. 3 of 6 drinks came then 9 of the 12 tapas. It wasn’t till we asked twice for the other 3 drinks that then 2 appeared, but we had to ask for the remaining 1 again. Drinks were weak, Sangria Pitcher was watered down. Remaining 3 tapas came, however, 2 from our group, continually what they ordered was forgotten we found ourselves repeatedly having to ask for food & when the food arrived they forgot to bring utensils. We also ordered several rounds of shots & dessert. Again delayed 2 desserts & one, the wrong item was given & no utensils. The waitress appeared annoyed when we asked for what we rightfully should have had & ordered. It was exhausting to continually have to ask when we were celebrating a birthday it put a damper on the night, made the experience uncomfortable to have to flag down the waitress or busboys. The lounge areas where we initially came to sit & were told they were reserved were ALL empty the over 5 hours while we were at our table. We asked again after we finished our food & desserts 6 hours later, because we wanted to continue to hang out & drink. When we asked again for her to check she came back stating they were reserved & some story about sometimes promoters reserve them. What was more upsetting, was that we sat at our table for over 6 hours, eating, drinking, having shots & watched the surrounding guest because many had costumes, there was a group of 4 guys that sat by the bar next to us only having beer. No food was consumed 3 hours from the time we were there and then we realize that they ended up taking and sitting at one of the lounge areas. We of course we’re not happy to see that, it’s when we decided to leave and asked for our bill. We spent over $900 a good part of that was on alcohol, why we repeatedly asked to relocate to a lounge area after we ate and were told we could not,we felt was horrible customer service. The food is good HOWEVER so is in 100s of other places where the service is 110% better. We didn’t hear an apology, or at the least a courtesy Tapas or round of shots for ALL the inconveniences SAD. There are far too many places to eat & have an enjoyable night. Don’t waste your time here.
