Lamb Shank literally fell off the bone. Excellent spices and sauces. The host recommended a cocktail using some Peruvian fruit and it was brilliant. I would go out of my way to eat there again.

This place is very spacious and wasn’t packed on a Saturday night. They even had a DJ playing music. Instead of chips & salsa or bread they gave us corn. It was different but tasty. Food was okay and came out pretty quickly.

Amazing Peruvian food, ceviche with leche de tigre was delicious, customer service was excellent, very attentive and friendly.
Terrible service. I called for delivery, the girl answered me rudely, they say delivery between 30 to 45 minutes, it takes more than 1 hour, then they tell you that they lost the order and they don't have your delivery, meaning I was left without eating, because according to what they lost the invoice, I do not recommend at all that they order delivery or that they went to said establishment, without a doubt among Latinos not an adequate service, an American service is preferable.

My first time trying Olibar I ordered takeout. The food I picked up had no flavor and both chicken dishes barely had any chicken in them. I decided to give them another try when Hilda the owner invited us back to dine in. Unlike their takeout, the same dishes we ordered this time were good and in exchange we gave them a 5 star review. Fast forward to what would now be our third time eating at Olibar, I decided to try their takeout again and for it to be delivered. This time, the food never came. When I called, the guy who answered was extremely rude and said there was a delay with their system and that they never received my order until I called and therefore it wasn’t their fault. When I got there to request my refund he fought me on the refund stating he would give me free dessert and when I asked for Hilda he told me she was not reachable. If you’re going to eat here please avoid getting takeout from here at all cost.
