There was easy parking in the evening by the store. However, parking in the downtown of New Rochelle is horrible. Meters are in effect even pass midnight, and on top of the metters being complicated, they are usually broken. So I had to take my chances while parking. The service was fast and polite, the only thing I didn't like was that the credit card reader requires you to add tip on top, and I wasn't able to choose the amount I wanted to add. Had to cancel the payment process and pay in cash. Most pizzerias in the area closed by 9:30-10:00, so it good that Papa John's stays open until 1:00 AM. The pizza was great, came with excellent garlic sauce and one hot pepper on the side. Small pizza that is enough for 2 people cost about $7 before tax.

I ordered thru Uber eats and never received my wings.i ordered pizza & wings. Tell me doesn't the Uber driver go in & get my food , the 2 people told me no and were very RUDE, kept telling me call Uber. Never ever again

I stopped ordering from this place about a year ago and tonight decided to give it another try. What a terrible mistake. The order took 75 minutes to arrive and it was not even the right order. I called and complained to someone who apparently is the manager and he promised to send me the correct order in 15min. It’s been more than an hour and no pizza.Do yourself a favor and don’t order from this place. They are a mess.

I have ordered from this location a couple times over the past years & went tonight to try the new , limited time garlic stuffed crust. The customer service to pick up the food was pretty good, the guy getting my pizza and giving it to me was friendly and through to make sure I got the right order. The garlic stuffed crust was not amazing , but it was not bad.

This place is terrible. Do not eat from here. I went online and ordered a small pizza and boneless wings. The first time the driver came my order was completely wrong( no pizza and wrong chicken). I call the store and explain the situation, the manager sends a new order.. the second time the driver drops my food on the floor as soon as he opens the bag and just stands there looking at me as if I did something wrong. The driver then tells me he will bring me more chicken with no charge because he dropped it on the floor. An hour later I get a call from doordash and two young boys show up to my house and they are expecting me to pay, mind you the first driver already explained I would not need to spend anymore money. I call the store back because I am confused as to what is going on and the manager was no help. Not to mention my food was cold and dry. Please do not waste your time or money with these people. They clearly do not care about their customers.

pizza wasn’t cook well … after i place an order pizza was ready in 6 mins . pizza was raw and sauces wasn’t fresh after i ate pizza my stomach get upset and had lots of stomach pain . i had to call doctor had to go to emergency. this place really need to improve quality .
