This was my favorite Place until I ordered a pie and my pizza came 2 hours after I placed the order and I still gave them a tip , I opened the box and all the cheese was on the box I called back to complain and ask for another pie and he told me because there’s no parking he’s not coming back so I kindly went back to get my money, then I get there with the pie in hand and he said what’s wrong with it I say do u see the cheese all on the box he says because he made it fresh and it was moving around in the car, I explained to him if you don’t box the pizza right out the ove amd let his pizza sit for a 2nd when u transport it the cheese will not run all over the box! He was very rude and thought that was ok! I will never order from here again and you shouldn’t either.

I came here before got the same exact order and paid the same exact way and was charged extra the second time . and he claims it was for the ‘ sauce ‘ they charged my card extra then what they were suppose to.

I want to clarify something to individuals who think they are ordering from the pizzeria but ordering from a third party who link themselves to any restaurant. They charge 3 dollars extra on each item. Then for delivery where most places it is free. I made this make. Most places don’t know until you address it with the owner. Order Direct Aboid the Issues ofVold Food with MultipleDeliveries.I was in the area returning a book we were hungry. I asked for two slices from a fresh pie. The pizza was delicious the crust was crispy not burnt or hard. The man and women were super friendly. And the atmosphere was clean and delightful watch some soccer while we eat definitely would recommend
Vegetarian options: They have several vegetarian platters as well as salad pizza
Parking: There is parking all over the place in back of cvs , on the street as well as several other parking place. Down the block from new Rochelle library

Disgusting, ignorant and rude customer service from store owner. He only cares about you spending your money and not the quality of the food. This place is unsanitary and has roaches, it seems like he could careless about what his customers eat.
One and done, somethings could leave a bad taste in your mouth! Certainly got leftover frozen pizza. As they say leftovers are the best, not in this case. On top of it the customer service wasn't the best.
I’d recommend probably going for pickup, because sadly the driver doesn’t have gps so it took about an hour to get my food and I waited outside for 20 minutes a block away to make things easier but I can’t blame him. I live on a weird hidden street in new Rochelle but god the pizza was SOOOOOO GOOOD and the wings really impressed me, was definitely worth it and the pizza itself looked really pretty out the box and it had very little grease! Crust is also delicious!

I’d recommend probably going for pickup, because sadly the driver doesn’t have gps so it took about an hour to get my food and I waited outside for 20 minutes a block away to make things easier but I can’t blame him. I live on a weird hidden street in new Rochelle but god the pizza was SOOOOOO GOOOD and the wings really impressed me, was definitely worth it and the pizza itself looked really pretty out the box and it had very little grease! Crust is also delicious!

Clearly a family run place who cares about what they do. Nice (husband & wife) couple i think helped me out last night. Accidentally ordered pizza to a Venecias in the Bronx. When I arrived they did not have the order (obviously), they instantly offered to make it for me & got it out quickly & efficiently. Will definitely get food from here again— Very Nice Customer Service Experience & food was very tasty.

Placed order for 1 Meatball sub and Chicken fingers w/ FF. Received a half meatball sub with the other half of order complete. Called back to establishment to inform them of their error and was told that the young woman whom took my order had made a mistake and placed order for a half sub. This was not what I ordered, but since I wasn't charged for a full sub, I could place another order for the other half.This just totally sucks., when I order clearly and concisely to the person on other end of phone, I expect my order to be correct. If the establishment chooses to use personnel to answer phones with very little command of english, then they are responsible for any/all errors made by that employee.Ultimately I'm dissatisfied with the customer service but have never been dissatisfied with their quality of food.
