I was denied service at this location, and please note that I am far from a confrontational person. I get the same drink almost every day, hot coffee or iced with cold protein foam, and as Starbucks states, this option can be added to every drink. The young lady who took my order refused to make my drink and prompted me to make the order at another location; she refused to make my order when I asked for a reason, she insisted that the protein foam cannot be added to any drinks containing water, which makes zero sense. Her tone was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, and I was really amazed that she did not even offer a different option.

IF YOU PLAN ON GETTING SOMETHING QUICK GO TO ANOTHER STARBUCKS!! I always come here and every time I get there I always order through the app or at the register!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER THEY ALWAYS TAKE 15-20 minutes to make ONE DRINK. I find it annoying especially when you have 3 workers working on a strawberry lemonade drink! And still end up messing it up!
I’ve notice that the workers mainly focus on the drive thru orders while you have 6-8 customers waiting for their drinks!! Couple times especially I decided to forget the drink and get a refund! Because THEY TAKE SOO LONG TO MAKE ONE DRINK! WORKERS FOCUS TOO MUCH ON DRIVE THRU ORDERS!! WHILE YOU HAVE CUSTOMERS WAITING INSIDE YOUR RESTAURANT!!

Very nice and friendly staff. Store is clean and the restroom very very clean too. I ordered latte with oat milk and falafel pocket and they were so fast. Was too easy to park our car. They have also drive-thru but for me it is more convenient to go to the store and see what they offer.
