I frequent this location. Whoever manages this, please cc whomever it may regard, you have an employee named Megan (not sure if spelt correctly) she is phenomenal, remembered my name since my first visit, knows my order, and works very hard from what i see and clearly deserves a raise. I don't generally leave reviews for chains but in this case figured it was worth the while

Someone really needs to do something about the terrible service in this place. It’s a brand new location, great space but AWFUL service. Every single time I go, drive thru lines are take longer than usual. And going inside to order is even worse! I once waited 25 min for a tall refresher. To top it off, the staff all have attitudes.

Having the sink/washroom outside of the bathroom is disgusting.
I washed my hands and tried to dry them it blew all the germs from the sink straight into my face. Got sick 2xs because one for being gross the other was the germs. I survived lucky.
2 does everyone want to see people who wipe they backside, wave ? their hands at everyone.
Gezzz, stop being a sociopath Starbucks just have faith that people wash their hands or add a second sink in the employees area.
& the best way to dry hads is 1 - 14in x 8in peice of paper and a wall dryer.

I went to Starbucks 40 mins before closing, and the girl taking my order was so rude, her tone was soo aggressive while I was trying to order my drink. I guess it bothered her that I ordered 5 drinks. Then after purchasing my drinks I asked for a straw ,and the girl ignored me, and walked away. Then another person came and she asked what we were missing, she then handed us the straw right away. This staff needs to work on their customer service!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service. Might as well drive 2 miles to larchmont Starbucks they’re awesome.
Never seen a Starbucks so bad. Lady in red wig super rude while taking my order like she was bothered. I forgot to say caramel so I politely asked if someone can put a little bit at the top and mentioned I forgot to ask. She comes over rudely says next time I have to ask when I order . I said as I mentioned I forgot …. I mean seriously she should’ve just charged me the dollar for that squirt. Much rather make coffee at home than come to your facility and deal with aggravated employees, don’t want to work? Then don’t . Simple. We all have jobs and we come to these places for a little pick me up. Never come to this place again and I’ll be telling anytime I know the same. Also side note I saw another disgruntled customer waiting about 15 mins for her coffee. The time I sat there she had her arms folded and frustrated.

Hey, I know things are different now, but if you want to keep up the good work, you gotta teach these kids how to make coffee. I'd rather make my own coffee at home than go to Starbucks these days. I don't know if it's the recipe or the ingredients that have changed.
I ordered a black pike roast with half and half, and it tasted like a strong espresso with half and half.

I was so excited to have a Starbucks close by but the drinks suck. I’ve been there on five different occasions and the drinks weren’t good anytime! I rather go to the one in stop and shop!

Love this location, staff is super friendly and drinks are always made right. I came from another location where they gave me regular milk instead of oat milk. Thankfully, Shandia corrected my order and gave me a gift card towards my next coffee. The best!

All the employees are super nice and understanding except for this one girl, Annie, at the cashier. We were waiting patiently at the line and no one was up there for about 5 minutes. We clearly hadn’t ordered. She comes up and just stands there and we turn to face her and smile. She just gives us and her coworkers the side eye acting like we’re dumb, even smiling at her coworkers as if to make fun of us? We wait and say hi and she goes, “I’m waiting”. Absolutely not, we had been waiting for over 5 mins for someone or herself to at least say “hi how may I help you” or “may I take your order” or at least “I’m ready to take your order”. It was really the rude look she gave us and the zero social cues she had. Hopefully she can learn to be more attentive and overall nicer. I feel as though our kindness and amount of understanding we had for the wait should have been reciprocated. on the other hand, the baristas were super nice, they make the best drinks ever and this one woman was so nice about them serving me the tropical citrus by accident when I had ordered the melon burst. She was very sweet and remade my drink without hesitation!

Since the products are always the same almost all over the world, the evaluation can only be based on environment and service. Here the environment is large but, in my opinion, not well organised. Furthermore, in my opinion the staff must be aware of how all the products, and I mean all, are prepared; Plus, if something isn't there, the best response is "we finished it", not "I don't know it".

Horrible service. Second time in a row I order something then when I get to the window they tell me they just served the last item to someone else. You guys have to do better.

Need to get a handle on their service. Have a small army of employees. Not one person acknowledges you when you come in and takes forever to be greeted and have order taken. Not sure what the necessity of all the staff is if they are not going to streamline efficiency to take your order. This is Starbucks, supposed to be quick, effect, and seamless.
