Two kinds of veggie burgers: black bean burger or 1/4 lb Beyond Burger(made fresh, not the frozen patty). Great prices, less than $10 and double patty available for a couple extra dollars. Most toppings including grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles and bbq sauce included with a few premium toppings available for a small upcharge(can't remember an example, I didn't get any). Fries were great, like a smaller, slightly thinner seasoned steak fry crispy on the outside, creamy potato center. I got the spicy version which had the perfect amount of heat. They also have waffle fries and other toppings for both kinds of fries. A delicious experience that didn't break the bank, but as great as everything was, at the end of the day I was most impressed with the service. I'll be back.

The food is great but the staff is even more wonderful. We came in after a particularly horrible day that ended with no time or energy to cook for ourselves. It was 7:59. We had no idea what time it was nor what time they closed (8). But the staff member not only took our order, after answering questions about veggie burgers, he took down chairs for us to sit while he cooked. He was so kind. He could have easily said they were closed. It took him an extra 20 min to cook our food because he made everything fresh. He gave us extra fries and pickles and did it all with a smile. It truly changed the ending of my day. It's amazing how kindness and food cooked with care can do that. I hope the owner can track him down and thank him again for me.

I went to POW burger after going on goggle looking for the best burger place close to New Rochelle Chevrolet, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered 2 burgers, one turkey burger and one double cheeseburger. The bread was to brown, as well with the beef burger it was overly cooked. I wondered if the burgers are 100% beef. I cut the burnt parts off and threw the lettuce in the garage because it had turned brownish ( maybe from the heat). The fries was ok. Customer service was decent, the one thing I do like is that they use gloves to cook your food and the restaurant was clean.

Pretty much first and last time I try this place. I place the order through Grubhub and it wasn’t complete. I called them and was on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and tried calling again. somehow they turned off the phone of blocked me because It wouldn’t even ring. Food wasn’t good, buns were extremely soggy had to use a hard roll from home to eat it. Very salty. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone I know.

They have the best classic burger around! Their patties are never frozen, are always cooked to order, and have a variety of toppings and sauces. Their fries are also really good! The burgers are also really affordable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good burger

the fry cooks need retraining on how to make a proper burger. You don’t press the meat down to death on the grill, you lose all the juices and it becomes dry and bland, Which is exactly how my burger turned out. There is nothing special about this place
I ordered a POW burger and I watched the person remove a "GREY" looking ball of meat from under the grill (I should have cut my losses at this moment). My bun was burnt on top and while the original person at the grill was looking for a new box of gloves in the back, another employee took my bun off the grill from completely burning. I am standing, watching many health code violations. There were two (2) tall trash bins (one where the food is package and the other near the condiments) COMPLETELY OVERFLOWING with trash! There were 3 employees in the area; two available to rectify this situation. They did NOT! My onion haystacks came from the back room, fried in oil that should have been changed FOR the new year! The items I selected was not very appetizing! I really feared getting sick. The beef did not taste good at all. I noticed that the mozzarella cheese came from a baggie you get when you make a purchase from the supermarket deli department. I give this truthful review because I hope that the POW Burger employees recognize that safety health protocol (not just wearing masks and sanitizing tables); but changing gloves when you have touched money before cooking food, food containers etc. is NECESSARY! Please heed what is being said. Food contamination is no "joke"! Wishing much success ow and in the future.

As everyone else has said Ive came here before the pandemic and is normally some of the best burgers out there ! Sadly that wasn't the case today as we ordered some for pick up only to realize the servers were too generous on the salt . Im not one to bash someone or anything but we honestly could not eat them they were way to salty , hope they can learn to be better ! Fries were still good though
