Hotel NoMa was our hotel for our wedding, and it was an absolutely horrendous experience. We got ready here in the morning and had a large block of rooms (40+) for our wedding guests. Here were all of the main issues:Communication was bad; they completely changed the hotel ownership from the Radisson New Rochelle to Hotel NoMa and didn't communicate at all, causing me and my guests to panic when the hotel we booked didn't appear to exist anymore.Extremely unaccommodating -- simple requests like getting an extra table in my bridal suite for getting ready were so complicated. Wake up calls were missed for some of my guests. They wanted to raise the nightly rate as I added MORE rooms to my hotel block. They would not comp the parking expense for us (the Residence Inn around the block was willing to give free parking).I arranged ahead of time for breakfast to be delivered to the bridal suite and cleaned up at specific times the morning of the wedding. The food arrived 20 mins late, which makes a big difference when running on a tight schedule. I (the bride) didn't get to eat breakfast before getting my hair and makeup done because of this. After that, they did not come to clean up the food even after we called to remind them. My bridesmaids and I had to frantically move everything to the hallway and corners of the room to clean up so that we could take photos and get dressed. The food sat in the room all day and was still there when we came back after the wedding. Before the wedding, the hotel informed us that the restaurant/bar would be open until 2am, so we could go there after the wedding. When we tried to go, the bouncers rudely would not let me and my guests into the restaurant because of a dress code. We argued with them and they refused, while the bar was literally empty. We decided to take some drinks up to the bridal suite to hang out instead, and the staff threatened to call the police on us for noise. It is absolutely disgusting that this is how Hotel NoMa treats a couple and their guests on their wedding day. We brought in so much business to the hotel and they could not care less. If you are booking a New Rochelle wedding, I recommend blocking at the Residence Inn or any other hotel. Thanks Hotel NoMa for adding nothing but stress to my wedding day!

I recently had my baby shower at Hotel Noma. I worked very closely with Tiffany Rodriquez, banquet manager. Tiffany went above and beyond to ensure my event was both beautiful and a success. She communicated with me often and always maintained professionalism and a positive attitude. Her service was of extremely high quality and as a result my baby shower was amazing! I thank her and the Noma team. I would definitely host another event at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained. I highly recommend and look forward to working with Tiffany Rodriquez and her team again!

I had the worst experience in this hotel. I stayed in room 317. The room gets very cold during the night time. I complained to front desk. The maintenance guy came upstairs the room is nice and warm and left. I have nights without sleep cause the room gets cold. The heat system is not working properly. Maybe cause the weather is very cold and windy outside this couple of days. But however I will not be returning to this hotel again. Now i have a sore throat thanks to this room getting so cold. I prefer to sleep in my car next time. Horrible service I don’t recommend staying here.

There was too much noise from the hotel lounge below. Noise could be heard and felt even on the 6th floor (top floor). Loud music blasting into the AM, people hanging out in front of the entrance smoking, loud voices carrying on into the early morning hours, and cars blowing their horns made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the constant smell of marijuana was nauseating. If you want a calm, relaxing stay this is not the place. The negatives far outweighed any positives.Update: Upon checking in they they had a common request of needing a card on file for incidentals so I accommodated. Three days after checking out I get a $48.78 charge on my card. When I called to inquire they said it was a boutique fee. We were not told about this fee in advance. That was a dishonest tactic at best.I would not recommend this hotel and neither do many more reviewers here. The New ROC section of the area is 3 blocks away and is all inclusive with restaurants, a movie theatre, stores, trampoline park, Residence Inn / Marriott hotel, and more. I wish we would have known.

Nice hotel that's trying very hard to be trendy. Many selfie spots and the bar atmosphere was fun.
