The Tonkotsu ramen was great. My husband and I also ordered the oxtail porkbuns 🤤, they were delicious! As well as the gyozas. We've been coming here for years and love the new additions to their menu.

Takeout was easy to order online. Actually was able to order before restaurant officially opened at 12noon. Staff was super helpful and courteous as I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door.

The food is a 10/10 but its super tiny inside and the wait on food is insane. I did a pick up order and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes from the time they told me my order would be ready

Ordered my food via Seamless. Delivery time was between 6:30-6:40. I texted the number they reach out to you from at 6:45 since there was no update on delivery. They responded and said that the food has not been sent out yet. It has been well past over an hour and no one answers the phone. I am not feeling well and thought ramen would be a good choice in helping me feel better. Unfortunately my food is still not here. The service here is TERRIBLE. I would not recommend this place just for the inconveniences and lack of communication/ and inability to reach anyone.

This is my favorite place. I’ve never been there to have my food but I always order to go. Other ramens aren’t even close with flavor and everything. This one is just perfect. And can’t forget about veggie dumplings. Love it

Visited the establishment today with a group, two of us made our order then placed an order for lemonade only to be given sweet water. Then the waited told us people were complaining about the lemonade but nothing was done to fix the issues as if they did not care. So we asked if we can get a sprite as a replacement only to be given soda water with no taste . One of my party ordered a mojito and got a canned mojito instead of being made from scratch. Coincidentally their motto is" Authentic Japanese Ramen blended with Caribbean Flavors, made entirely from scratch." SUCH LIES

Walked in for takeout. Oxtail gua bao were amazing and the fried plantain was a nice surprise! Everyone working there was super friendly and I felt incredibly welcomed!
The veggie ramen was very good. I added shiitake mushrooms and they were the best part - I think they grilled the mushrooms first. Yum!!

I love the idea of fusing Caribbean flavors and ramen!! I had the jerked rib tip ramen. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The service was amazing on top of that. Will definitely be returning.

Place is very homey with a cute bar, but the food.... I'm upset to say that I'm greatly disappointed.
For starters, only ramen place I've ever seen not have any sauce available at the tables. The egg arrived cold and overcooked and the yolk was black. We asked an employee to swap the eggs for us, and be was kind enough to take our eggs and replace them, but it was for more cold, overcooked, black eggs. Apparently they're all cooked in one batch... The meat was also very rough and was practically half fat. It feels like someone got frozen food and eggs, boiled water, and heated them up in the water, not making it freshly. Presentation was cute at least.
