The owner is beyond rude and unprofessional, I’ve been going to this diner since 1996, and by far the service has gone downhill… since it took new ownership. I used to be a regular until they began to forget items in my delivery orders. The owner took no accountability for anything and even became offended at his mediocre service, thereafter her refused to service me. The last straw is when I just recently ordered and he told me “I don’t want you asking me prices I have no time for that” I guess in Mexico ?? Where he is from they service loyal clients like this!! Beyond unacceptable behavior

Real customer here. Joe Francis from Pelham. Left things off the order. (Bacon egg sandwich without bacon.) The food tasted dry and not seasoned. The only thing good was the smoothies but not enough to order again.Bronxville and Pelham Diner are better.

This place is awesome, the entire staff is great, and their food is always on point! It may be one of many diners in this area but they keep their prices down and consistently serve delicious meals. Hands down one of the best spots in the entire county.

Wasn’t going to share this experience. But have too. Went to this place frequently. This one morning there I ordered breakfast food tried first bite it was spoiled/rotten literally. Ok no problem maybe the fridge was acting up. Was assured everything was ok try something else. Ordered something different cut into the first bite and pulled out a nasty hair(if you know what I mean). Will not be going back. Was a favorite of mine too. Shame.

Love ! The food is great the prices are comparable if not a little less expensive than other places. I’m right down the street and have deliveries quite often and they’re always fast. When I go in and sit down and have the time very courteous and friendly staff, thank you for being here.
