Starbucks is a mixed bag for me. While their wide selection of drinks and convenient locations are appealing, there are some downsides. The prices can be quite steep, making it an occasional treat rather than a regular stop. The consistency of the drinks varies from location to location. Sometimes, the taste isn't exactly as expected, which can be disappointing. Additionally, the pace of service can be hit or miss. During peak hours, the wait can be long, affecting the overall convenience. The atmosphere in Starbucks can also be a factor. Some locations are cozy and inviting, while others can feel overcrowded and noisy, making it challenging to relax or work.On the positive side, their loyalty program offers rewards that can be enticing for frequent visitors. The seasonal and limited-time offerings add a fun element to the menu.Overall, Starbucks is a go-to for a familiar coffee fix, but it doesn't consistently deliver an exceptional experience. For its convenience and occasional tasty options, I'd give it a neutral 3 out of 5 rating. There's room for improvement in terms of pricing, consistency, and the overall ambiance of the stores.

I’m here with my elderly mom who is 90 years old. It took 15m to take our order because he couldn’t understand what I was saying. We ordered 2 coffees. 4 pp behind the register and it took 20m with only one person who was already waiting before us. When my mom asked if our order was near ready the attitude was disgusting. No thank you no smile no kindness. Practically threw the coffee at her. Truly, I wouldn’t return of they offered to pay me for the coffee.
Takeout: Yes
This girl messed up my drink. A Frappuccino is not supposed be watery and I was so upset. But I went back and they fixed it very quickly. Very kind people
Worst service in the world

A block from the main entrance to Iona College. Only a few parking spots out front that are always taken. I’m always amazed that the parking garage (free) right next door always seems to have spots available. Grabbed a macchiato and a morning bun before the noon Lax game.
great prices, service and timing. i love their shaken teas so much. I can't get enough of the food here.
Expensive but good

Amazing location, Coffee and pastries are to die for. This location is by far the best out of the 3. It can get a little warm upstairs though.
The place caters primarily to Iona College students, employees and visitors.
This relatively new Starbucks location is directly across from one of the entrances to Iona College. Starbucks usually does a good job and this one was no exception. Maybe being a college hot spot makes them just a bit better than the norm. They definitely moved on our orders, quickly and efficiently. They were also quite, genuinely, friendly. There are some parking spots reserved in the garage for Starbucks customers. There is also street parking available for a couple quarters in the meter. Everyone obviously comes here to get some work done, so finding a completely open table could be challenging at times.
Pretty good!
Only can make it there on sunday. Place is mobbed at 10 am. The line moves fast but no place to seat.
