I’m here with my elderly mom who is 90 years old. It took 15m to take our order because he couldn’t understand what I was saying. We ordered 2 coffees. 4 pp behind the register and it took 20m with only one person who was already waiting before us. When my mom asked if our order was near ready the attitude was disgusting. No thank you no smile no kindness. Practically threw the coffee at her. Truly, I wouldn’t return of they offered to pay me for the coffee.

Wish I could give this s*** hole a negative rating. I used to go in here quite often considering it's on campus, but after a disturbing experience I never went back. I ordered a Venti Vanilla ICED Latte and they gave me a hot latte. When I politely told them that they had made a mistake, the worker angrily threw the hot latte to the floor and was very hesitant to make a new one. Terrible place and even worse staff.
