They run out of what you order but don’t tell you anything until after you’ve already been waiting for 10 minutes, not sure why they think it’s okay to waste people’s time

This mall is quite busy, and the parking spaces can be a bit tight. Unfortunately, some drivers park in a way that can make it tricky for others to navigate, sometimes taking up more space than necessary.
The Starbucks is spacious but has limited seating, which might be a deliberate choice to manage crowd flow.
They could probably use one more staff member to make things run smoother. With only two employees, one of whom is making drinks while the other handles orders and immediate requests, the pace can feel a little slow. I was a bit surprised when the barista kept me waiting for a short time to heat up a danish for the customer ahead of me, though he was very friendly, kept me informed, and even apologized for the wait. I know it’s a small thing, but perhaps the busy parking situation made the experience feel more frustrating than it actually was.
The blonde via Clover machine was excellent as always, and the price was surprisingly reasonable at $3.20 for a tall—definitely cheaper than in Manhattan, where I often pay $3.76.
They have a beautiful outdoor space if the weather were warmer. Also 2 clean restrooms.
While I might not make this my go-to Starbucks, the nearby Electrify station was a great convenience when I needed that caffeine fix!

I have been a loyal customer of this Starbucks for over 7 years. I used to love this place, don’t get me wrong. The service has been declining in quality for years. Today, my drink took 28 minutes to be completed. I walked in to find my drink had been abandoned (there were three items in the order, only one had been finished after almost half an hour.) Also, the staff is so rude. Go to the one in Cross County instead, or the Dunkin Donuts next door.

For regular coffee I was waiting 20 minutes in the end they told me is broken machine!
My recent visit to Starbucks was quite disappointing. While I usually love their coffee, the barista seemed rushed and made my drink incorrectly, leaving it overly sweet and unbalanced. I also noticed that the store was a bit messy, with tables not cleaned and a long line at the counter.
The atmosphere, which is usually inviting, felt chaotic this time around. I appreciate their commitment to quality, but I expected better service and cleanliness. Hopefully, my next visit will be more enjoyable, as I’ve had great experiences in the past. For now, I’ll be looking for a different coffee spot!

This place gets worse and worse every time I go there. The drinks are not good quality and the amenities a dirty.

They are "all out" of artificial sweetener. Huh? He offered me a little box of a either Stivia or "Dominoes" which he didn't know was sugar. Yes, this I'd a coffee shop. Yes, it is fair to expect a variety of sweeteners. No stirrers. Straws in a plastic bag behind the counter. Buy they have a tip jar.
I really like this location, but they need to stop over working the baristas. There are so many comments from people about unhappy workers, but I’m here everyday and I can say on more than several occasions there’s been only one person pumping out all the early morning orders -between the Ursuline girls walking in, online orders, people sitting and working- this shop is never slow, especially during the school week…how can he have time to be happy? And during a warm afternoon day after school??? It’s like a school prom between all the different schools that converge- those workers deserve not only a raise, but more help.
Parking: Plenty of parking in front, behind and paid on street
Kid-friendliness: The workers here are used to big crowds of kids between the college, two high schools, middle school, and several elementary schools in close proximity.

I love the staff. I love their energy. It's always a pleasant experience. It's ALWAYS CLEAN. I always get the best service. PERIOD. They are great at their jobs and I highly recommend.
