The manager is clearly flooding the reviews with her friends. If you know her name you can easily tell. However the service was slow and unreliable. The blonde man behind the register was insanely rude to his coworker. I regret spending my money here, I believe this location should close down not the one down the street. For shame starbucks

I stopped at this Starbucks the other day. I’m not one to leave a bad review, but suffice it to say, seeing a cockroach crawling across the counter was enough to ruin my appetite!

I ordered recently online to pick up my order at the beechmont Starbucks in new rochelle ny. The worst experience of my life. I waited over 25 minutes for my order..while the girl in charge was dismissive and unhelpful when I asked to find me another location or refund it. There is young man named Michael who was very empathetic and friendly and helped me with my drink while the young woman in charge did nothing to help..I felt discrimated by her..this happened 9-13-25.around 12pm
I saw how other employee re did a drink for a client 3 times while I was waiting for the longest time..I don't recommend this place..the person in charge was rude shouldn't be working with the public.

This starbucks location needs to deep clean the store as I saw roaches around the counter and machines. Everyone should be concerned about eating or drinking from this store.

I have been a Starbucks customer for 14 years and the Beechmont location was my favorite. How does a new store manager fire up to 3 baristas within a short period of time? Those baristas always exuded such friendliness and superb customer service and had several years working at Beechmont. I will remain a Starbucks customer but will no longer go to Beechmont. All the baristas are excellent workers, however something is amiss at Beechmont. I know a few customers feel the same and don't go there anymore. It's possible some managers or supervisors, etc do not know how to supervise and interact with employees, but the situation there is sad.

My partner made an online order for pick up. Two caramel Frappuccinos (No whip cream, No caramel sauce) with caramel syrup and mocha syrup. I have a dairy allergy and my partner also does not have dairy. The barista woman with black hair and glasses did not read the online order at all. She was asking if we wanted caramel sauce, even though the online order already says what we wanted. She also ended up putting whipped cream on them…
We asked her to remake them because when she put the whipped cream on, she just scooped it out.
Which was unacceptable.
The remade caramel Frappuccinos were very liquidity more like iced coffee.
Anyways she doesn’t read properly and looked like she was high.

Its Starbucks so I feel like we know where are our expectations are on product. For chains I usually note everything else unless there's specific swings in consistency. Staff here is always friendly and efficient. Its on a college campus so im sure it sees its fair share commotion and chaos but its always clean from the bathroom to the front door. Parking is a bit tough here. Street parking is scarce. There is a small awkward garage with a handful of spots. Smores flavors should be offered year round.

Everyone here is generally nice but Micheal definitely demonstrates A++ customer service, is extremely friendly and a pleasant person to talk to in the morning!

I recently visited this Starbucks, and I was beyond disappointed by my experience, all thanks to the incredibly unprofessional behavior of the store manager, Brian. As someone who frequents Starbucks, I’ve come to expect a certain level of customer service, but this encounter was nothing short of appalling.

Upon entering the store, I noticed that it was poorly managed from the start. There was a long line of customers, yet there were only two baristas working, which made the wait unbearable. What struck me most, however, was the lack of urgency or sense of responsibility from Brian, who was clearly in charge. Instead of helping his team or managing the line, he stood behind the counter, scrolling through his phone. I understand that managers may have administrative tasks to do, but when the store is under-staffed and customers are growing increasingly frustrated, the last thing you expect is for the manager to be oblivious and detached from the situation.

As I finally made it to the counter to place my order, I noticed that Brian barely acknowledged my presence. He didn't greet me with the usual Starbucks courtesy and instead seemed irritated by my request. I politely asked for a customization to my drink, which is a regular part of the Starbucks experience. Brian, however, responded with a tone that was dismissive and impatient, almost as if my simple request was an inconvenience to him. His attitude made me feel like I was interrupting his day, and frankly, it left a sour taste even before my drink was made.

To make matters worse, my drink was prepared incorrectly. I ordered a caramel macchiato, which is a pretty standard choice, but what I received was a watery mess with none of the usual caramel drizzle or the proper balance of espresso and milk. When I approached Brian to ask about the mistake, he acted as though I was being unreasonable. Instead of offering a simple apology or acknowledging the error, he made me feel like I was the problem. He barely made eye contact and muttered something under his breath before dismissing me entirely. It was clear he had no intention of correcting the mistake, and I was left standing there feeling humiliated.

This interaction left me feeling disrespected, and it’s the last time I’ll be visiting this particular Starbucks. I’ve worked in customer service for years, and I understand how important it is to maintain a positive, welcoming environment, even during busy hours. But Brian’s complete lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and inability to handle customer feedback was unacceptable. It was clear that he either doesn’t care about his role as a manager or doesn’t understand the core principles of good service. Either way, it’s incredibly disappointing to see someone in such an important position treating customers with such disregard.

I truly hope Starbucks takes the necessary steps to address this issue. It’s evident that Brian does not set the standard of service that customers expect from the brand. I’ll be avoiding this location in the future, and I would highly recommend others do the same.
