The coffee is always rich, smooth, and made with care, but what truly makes this store exceptional is the remarkable team that brings warmth and positivity to every visit.
Every morning, Michael greets customers with a genuine smile and a warm welcome that instantly brightens the day. His friendliness creates an atmosphere that feels inviting and familiar, almost like walking into a place where everyone knows you. Rachel is always incredibly pleasant—her calm, kind, and patient way of interacting with customers shows how much she values great service. She pays attention to the little details, ensuring each drink is exactly how it should be. And then there’s Jaylyn, who consistently prepares the best espresso I’ve ever had. You can tell she has real skill and pride in her work, because every drink she makes is crafted with precision and consistency.
I also want to give a special thank you to the managers, German and Yan, for leading such an outstanding team. Their leadership shows in the store’s smooth operation, the positive energy the staff displays, and the overall welcoming environment.
