The staff here was great. But I really wanted to point out Josh. He was beyond nice and super comforting towards all customers. I wanted more cream added into my coffee and he was extremely nice and gladly poured more. We need more people like Josh thank you!!! ?

I go to this Starbucks every morning. However last week I was having a horrible morning. I suffer from depression and felt so down. Honestly my mind was in a horrible place I felt invisible. I walked into Starbucks Beechmont and the first thing they ALL said was Good morning “my name”… in a moment where I felt invisible they reminded me that I was seen. While on line they asked if I was getting my “usual” and I was. It’s the time and dedication they take into reminding us we’re seen. It’s how they know each customer by name. Starbucks Beechmont saved my life that day I don’t think they understand the impact they have on us. Each person who works there is amazing and kind. They will make your drink 8x if they need to just to get it right! They truly help me get my day started right!

I usually frequent this Starbucks on the way to work in the morning. I place a stop in my Uber and come in for my preordered drink via the app. Today, my drink was stolen from the counter and only my protein box remained.The very kind brunette woman (I wish I caught her name but I ran out) who handled my order mishap sincerely apologized and gave me a coupon for a free coffee due to inconvenience. Usually , the staff is courteous and professional which I am appreciative of ! There was a gentleman who seemed a bit apathetic when I stated that my coffee was missing from my order but he probably had a rough morning. The very nice woman however went above and beyond and I appreciated that considering I could have been late for work.Thank you to the staff and especially the woman who extended empathy to me. It wasn’t even the coupon but just that moment of empathy that allowed me to be seen and completely turned the experience around in my eyes .Wonderful service !

Writing this as I’m in the parking area, the past few times I’ve visited this Starbucks I’ve always received the most watery Frappuccino EVER. Today I’ve given it the benefit of the doubt but again extreme disappointment and frustration.Straight milk, sugar and called it a day.Where’s the ice? These Frappuccinos have ZERO ice!! This is extremely disappointing, I’ve gotten better frappe’s at the McDonald’s next door. Please for Christ’s sake train your baristas better. I can’t believe I’m paying almost 9 dollars for straight milk and whipped cream ?!

I am giving one star because this establishment let people come in the door with dogs. Not just come in. Stay and sit for a long period of time. A Couple comes in with a dog so big it is past the man's knee. They stayed for a least an hour. Anther woman walks in to pick up her order holding her dog in her arms. The two dogs begin to bark at each other disrupting peace. Neither dog wore anything that identified them service dogs. It is disrespectful and unsanitary to have dogs in a place where dog hair can fly around anywhere.
