It was ham so when she made the meatball sub, I said I did not want that she had attitude, while I was in there spending my money when she made my actual sandwich she took the meatballs with cheese melted on it and threw it back into the meatball pan

Any online rewards of Subway, doesn’t exist in this place at all. Give online offers for customers to keep coming. I used to eat Subway a lot, but ever since I moved to New Roc and had this store in vicinity there is almost no offers that are available in other stores, now I almost don’t eat it at all.

Had a free sub from online subway rewards. Clerk says not giving me sandwich because I didn't pay. Told me to speak with subway. I did waiting for credit for free sub. Then I say ok ill just buy a sandwich now he refused and said I must pay 1st. He claims I never been to store but I have multiple times. Very embarrassing

Placed an order through the app for ASAP pickup and go to pick it up. Guy behind the counter says there's no online order. We show him the order on our app and he says no, he can't accept that.
He then tells us to talk to the bank because he won't make the sandwiches. Avoid this subway.
