Order frequently on ubereats footlong turkey double meat with “extra meat” for additional charge (this is more than just double meat and often order 3-4 sandwiches). sometimes they totally rip you off and put like 12 slices of turkey which is a joke. now you will lose $50/day as a result of the greed bc not ordering from your store anymore - also I know one of the top executives at Subway and reporting how awful this is

I just called to make an order for pick up and the lady kept saying I don't know I don't know and hung up on me that is really rude

I ordered a sandwich online and it said to pick up in 30 mins. When I got to the store, there was a customer ahead ordering two sandwiches and only one attendant, so I waited. Once it was my turn, I told the person that I was there for a pick up order. Well, of course, the order wasn't even made yet. The person was so slow, took me about 15 mins from when I arrived to leave. Never again.

Food is great, ordered online 2 times and not sure if it was a system error, employee error or the just didn't have the bread I requested...and if it's that they didn't have it, they should of at least notified me of it at pick up. Still would have gotten it bit not get surprised.

Friendly staff and are always generous with the toppings and fairly quick. Place is clean as well. On top of that, it’s inside a store which lets me pick up other snacks and drinks.

Usually the lady working the subway is nice, today i walked in and she asked “can i help you” i said “ hello, i ordered through the mobile phone” she said “you have to wait i told her I understand and its no rush, she had such an attitude, at the end the store clerk went to charge she told him “no its for the uber” he said “ where is it?” As to when i said “ I’ve been trying to tell her I ordered it” . To when she slammed the food down and left, I’ve always been nice and friendly and leave a tip as i am a regular there. No way to treat a customer…

It's inside the gas station.This one is a wildcard. You might get the short lady who is very competent and on top of mobile orders. You might get the "generous sloth" who moves comically slow and won't have your order ready but makes wonderfully overstuffed sandwiches.Sometimes it's super slow and you can get in and out in three minutes, and sometimes it's way too busy and there's no way a single person (it's always just a single employee) can get through it in a reasonable amount of time.

The one person who prepares Subway sandwiches at this location is ALSO responsible for cleaning the toilet, collecting the garbage around the gas station and stocking the store. So when you go in to order a Subway sandwich you must ring a bell for service, and almost always the person comes from the bathroom to prepare your sandwich (use your imagination). They then rinse their hands with plain water, and with the water dripping from their hands, put on the Subway gloves which they use to handle all of the ingredients to make your sandwich. Don't take my word for it - go in, buy your sandwich and WATCH for your own eyes. Is this not a good way to get sick with COVID-19 or bacteria?

Had a horrible experience at this "restaurant". I placed an order on grubhub that I personally picked up. Upon returning home I realized that one of the two sandwiches was made completely incorrect. Ranch was used instead of chipotle. Tomatoes were added that were not ordered, and the sandwich was not even toasted. I had to drive all the way back and upon showing the incorrect sandwich and my receipt I was told that I was wrong multiple times and that they made it correct. The store manager got involved and was finally able to pull up the receipt on their end (because apparently my order receipt on my phone meant nothing). After this the women behind the subway counter again insisted it was made correct. I had to literally point out on the receipt and open the sandwich and show her exactly everything that was wrong. She never once apologized during all of this. Finally she says oh so I put ranch instead of chipotle and tried giving me a side of chipotle. At this point I was thinking it was some kind of joke as I cannot remove the ranch that my sandwich was covered in due to their error. I was finally able to get another sandwich made after about 20 minutes of arguing. At no point during this whole issue was I once apologized to even after they saw they were in the wrong. I even asked if I could have the wrong sandwich for free to help make up for the issue and she threw it in the garbage in front of my face telling me nothing there is free. This was not only the worst experience I have ever had at subway which I frequent very often but the worst overall customer experience I have had at any fast food restaurant I've been to.
