Wish I could give this place zero stars. It was the worst experience — completely mismanaged. The staff were unprofessional, cursing while preparing food, and it took over 20 minutes just to make a simple soft burrito. This place should honestly close down

Ordered the Discovery Luxe Box and they swapped my Baja Blast for regular Mountain Dew without saying anything. The Flamin’ Hot Burrito was easily the best part, especially with extra Diablo sauce 🔥. The rest was just okay, and the cinnamon twists were stale. Probably wouldn’t order this box again.

The fact that management allows this place to remain open is insanity. This place has been consistently horrible for the last 10+ years and nothing is ever done to change it. The drinks are always not available, wrong, or warm/flat. Getting your correct order is a 50/50 gamble at best. Of course it goes without saying that the food quality here is about the worst you will get from any Taco Bell in the world.
Please shut this joke of a place down already or have management step in and take charge who actually know what they are doing.

Are you going to TB for the atmosphere? It's not the 90s anymore. Um I dunno. They keep forgetting my sauces with the chicken nuggets. Starting to feel personal. 3 times? Aside from that this is a reliable and consistent location. Dry nuggets should be punishable by...something? Dehydration?
