We went there and waited in the drive through for 30 minutes and still no one came to the window. We had to get everyone to back out just so we could leave hungry!

Do not like service at all. i ordered fiesta potatos to, received it in a bag with no fork on it. So i walked down the counter, there was no fork loaded on a counter for customers access. I asked one of a employees, she gave it to me I order same thing again, this time repeatedly happened. when i call them for fork no one came to give it. There were 4 workers but no one paid attention evwn after hearing me they just ignored. I stood literally more than 5 minutes just to receive a fork. Very poor service. Can’t recommend to anyone this place.
Please be aware that if you place an order from this location, you can expect a wait time of approximately one hour for order completion. I placed a mobile order for two tacos and spent some time in the area before arriving, yet I still had to wait an additional hour in the store to receive my order.

Terrible customer service. No one ever greets you, it’s just “what would you like”. This last visit she rushed me through my order just to sit for damn near a half hour to get the food. Mind you, I’m the only one in line. Then gave me the side eye and an attitude when I asked for extra sauce packets.

Nice staff, delicious food. The drive thru, however, is extremely small. I drive a Chevy Tahoe and I struggle to fit, please be careful or avoid the drive thru if you have a vehicle as large or larger than mine.
I hesitate to give one star for service because the people that work here are very friendly and helpful but you shouldn’t have to wait a half an hour and drive-through at lunchtime! I can’t comment on the atmosphere inside because I’ve never been inside. The food is not consistent. Sometimes there is adequate cheese meat in a taco and other times mostly empty.

This is a very disgusting and disturbing Taco Bell, I found a piece of a rat poop in one of the tacos I ate, see picture, the color and appearance of it looks like nothing that is in there menu, I use to work in fast food, and I’m 99.9% sure it’s rat doodle, I will be contacting the department of health after I finish writing this review I feel so nauseous and upset stomach right now and I’m also very angry, this was inside the taco supreme.

We flew in, and though we would stop to grab something quick. Bathrooms were locked for no reason and wouldn't let us use them. After a long flight, I was highly upset. When we walked in no one greeted us, wanted to help us. Terrible service. Maybe someone should visit from corporate and retrain how to treat customers.
