The reason for the lower rating is that online orders are often incorrect. for example, ordering spicy chicken but receiving regular chicken. Lately, the overall quality has also declined. The chicken still tastes good, but it no longer matches the standard of their competitors. Service is also lackluster with the servers seeming angry or completely disinterested.

I order my food from uber eats to pick up. I go to the store after 10-15 minutes of my order. Then they told me still they need 10 minutes. It’s look like they don’t make my order yet. It’s very hard to park in front of the store. Food is fine, they should put attention to their employees.

Employee NAEM is the worst. I had a disappointing experience with one of the employees at the Texas Chicken location in New Rochelle. He came across as very unprofessional—rather than answering our questions, he kept asking us questions in return just to get things done. His attitude and unwelcoming looks made the whole experience uncomfortable. I’m not the only one who feels this way; a few of my friends have also stopped going there because of how unpleasant he is. It’s unfortunate because I really enjoy the food, but the service makes it hard to return.
Met a sister in Christ to fellowship but did not order food. She's a regular customer and said that the is great. It smelled good!

Food horrible, manager horrible, disrespectful even the workers, fiery chicken sandwich was not even cooked all the way maggots was coming out of the meat , disgusting, roaches around the eating area, bathroom smells like dead bodies, trash can full of garbage smelling real bad , slippery floor in the bathroom no soap , human pee and dodo on toilet
Their chicken is too good! Always fresh my go to place when I’m craving chicken. The best chicken spot in New Rochelle in my opinion.
