Peeko Oysters gave us the most wonderful, informative tour and oyster shucking and tasting. They had harvested fresh oysters just before we arrived! We were dockside enjoying a beverage with their incredible oysters with mignonette and cocktail sauce. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend this experience to everyone!

Great experience and very informative. Peter (owner) did a fantastic job detailing what is involved in running a successful oyster farm and business. And the bonus was that we were given the opportunity to sample the fruits of their labor.... the Oysters were delicious and could taste the freshness. My wife and I were planning a trip out to the island, and as ostreaphiles we wanted to visit an oyster farm. While we understood the likelihood of a true tour would be challenging given the upcoming cooler temperatures, we were thrilled when Pete of Peeko confirmed his ability to provide us a tour. Peeko was a great dive into how oysters are cultivated starting from the lab where they are concepted to the farm where they are raised. At the end of it all, we were able to eat as many oysters as we wished. Pete, the owner, guided the entire tour and was incredibly patient with all the questions he was getting. I would highly recommend coming out for a visit, whether you're an oyster pro or just getting into the scene. Thanks again Pete! See you on the farm soon!

We had the pleasure of participating in a farm tour with Peter, Peeko's founder. Feeling bashful about bringing a personal shuck to the tour, we were delighted to meet several co-oyster heads joining us on our tour. The tour comprised a thorough overview of Peeko's oystering process, followed by oyster shucking and tasting. Peter is best in class, incredibly knowledgable and passionate about his craft. It is clear why many of the best chefs/ restaurants in Manhattan rely on his farm and expertise for their oysters. Highly recommend the tour, and hope to be back in the summer for an extended tour of the oyster nursery. Thanks so much to Peter and team for a wonderful experience.
