I am beyond annoyed. I ask specifically for whole milk, and instead receive coconut milk. Not only that, the customer after me gets their order first after I waited 15 minutes for mine. Terrible service. If you want something you didn’t ask for, come here.

Order a “frozen” açaí bowl and when I picked it up was warm and melted looked like fruit soup. Worst experience. Why wouldn’t they put it in the freezer?

So I ordered a protein shake didn't know what I wanted. So I ask Ashley about the smoothie she said everything about protein down to the sea moss explain about the pros in all of the things that my shake will have she blended the shake asked me to taste it I said it's not sweet so she took my cup and put honey in it blend it one more time omg I am in love. I will recommend everyone to try pina colada shake on the protein side!

Blend has been around since I was a little kid and I've always loved coming here. They're very understanding of allergies, but cross-contamination is common with the way they set things up. If you say you have allergies, they'll use a specific blender, scoop, or other things to try and accommodate the best they can. The staff is wonderful and kind. I always get the same custom smoothie and it tastes the same every time no matter who makes it. Their smoothies are amazing, substitutes are no problem, they have açai bowls, salads, wraps, and other amazing things. It's been so fun watching blend grow up.
Vegetarian options: Large amount of options to choose from, if something isn't inherently vegetarian, substitutes or removals are no problem
Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating, but cross contamination exists with their setup
Had an amazing ceaser wrap definitely recommend. Best healthy spot in the area!

Charles is doing an amazing job with his team, the food is always great and the customer service is very friendly when I walk in, making it an enjoyable experience. When ordering the food via DoorDash the food is always secured with the Tamper Stickers and the display of the food itself looks delicious. It’s worth the money to order from THIS location! I appreciate this establishment and their team.
Great job guys! I just came during a rush with a whole Stonybrook team. They got everyone’s order right with all the normal lunch orders. The lady taking the orders hopped on to help make orders and remembered everyone’s order with specifications by face. Price point is great for açaí bowls and they give you a lot of each topping unlike other places.

The avocado toast was lovely. The pesto flatbread was missing the mozzarella cheese and barely had any avocado. I had the exact same thing at the Middletown location and it was made perfectly. If this was my first time getting the pesto flatbread, I'd pass on it in the future. It was one hit and one miss. The employees were fine.
