The food was delicious, it was beautifully designed to make both your eyes and stomach happy. It can be difficult to find vegan options that are both tasty , look beautiful,almost to pretty eat, and taste even better than it looks. “Temple Hill Tavern is a great place for family events. Paul and Mark are outstanding. I have had a couple of events at the Tavern. I have never been disappointed. The staff is accommodating, attentive and take the worry away. Temple hill is a permanent go to spot in my book.“

“My wife and I had Flores cater our wedding in October. We had the best food experience with the Flores team. We absolutely feel in love with the menu at our tasting and the food at our wedding was cooked to perfection. We got married at Locust Grove, which has a full kitchen setup. Our guest raved about the food for weeks! (We’re still hearing about it from friends and family). The beef tenderloin was fantastic, our guests raved about how perfect it was cooked, a true feat especially when prepared in mass. Everyone loved the chicken empanadas, the mojo chicken, the charcuterie cones, and the tuna tartar. We opted for a vegetarian pállela for our vegan/vegetarian friends and it was a hit. The deal was sealed when everyone lined up for seconds of dessert, Flan and Ice Cream. The staff was also exceptional and we want to shout out Melissa and Danielle for making it the best day of our lives. Thank you Austin for making it the best meal for us and our guests.“

“When we decided to have our wedding in our home for our thirty guests, we knew we wanted the food to really be something special. We stumbled across The Fresh Company online and what we read (and saw), described exactly the kind of caterer we wanted. They prepare the food on-site using locally sourced ingredients, creating a seasonal menu that appeals to children as well as adults. We contacted them by phone just 3 weeks before the wedding! We met with our planner, Damaris Drummond, and she really paid attention as we described our vision for the food. We were treated to samples as we described our special requirements and requested alternate ingredients. She made sure we knew we could have anything we wanted. She created the perfect menu for us! When we made the decision to move ahead, they had just two weeks to pull everything together. On the morning of the wedding, our event manager, Kevin, took charge and transformed our home beautifully. Our chef and wait person did an outstanding job preparing and setting out the buffet. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the food or service and would highly recommend them for any event, large or small. We had a great time celebrating our sister/friend.Everything was good, although they appeared to be a bit short staffed. They also permitted outside decorators (M&K-Rauchet) to add their personal decorative flavor to the hall. That was a very nice touch which made the hall spectacular.
