Typically, I don’t go to this Dunkin location because it’s very busy and the orders take very long but today Lacey made it a wonderful experience. I accidentally ordered coffee at the wrong Dunkin and she went ahead and honored it for me which I’m sure she did not have to do. Thank you Lacey for helping me out. And thank you for being a wonderful example of kindness and hospitality.

Like most places in the Hudson valley this place is hit or miss. Depending on the shift will determine the quality of your order. I've had good and bad at this location. Morning shift seems to have it together but the evening and night shifts are terrible! Always slow and never get the order correct.

I never really liked this Dunkin, but this time was the worst. I ordered a sandwich, two hash browns , and everything bagel bites. I sat there for at least 10 minutes, and when I finally got my food, the egg on the sandwich was cold and so was the everything bagel bites. Not to mention the guy at the speaker had an attitude. If you wanna go to Dunkin, just go to the one on Quaker Avenue in Cornwall or the one in Newburgh. This one isn’t worth your time

I went to the Dunkin store in new Windsor on 9W in NY. 2915 Nys Rte 9 WNew Windsor, NY 12553 United States. I was only 1 of 2 cars in the parking lot and I went to drive through ordered my food and I was the only car in drive through lane and I see 2 associates in the store and both of them look at me so I know they see me and I see my entire food and drink order placed down on the window section so all they had to do was checkout me out and hand me my food since I know it was done already. And they just both kept looking and walking away acting like they were busy. So after a few minutes I stuck up my hand so they can see and counted down from 5 and then left never had so many issues with Dunkin except at that store they always either are super slow, or make your order wrong or now don’t even give you food or check you out.
