I attend the kpop event with my daughter and the minute we stepped in I felt so uncomfortable and not welcomed. First some lady ask for our names and then proceeded to tell me she has me down for another time. I explained I only registered for ONE event at the only time offered. She was rude and said well we may not have enough seats…. Mind you there were 5 empty seats. We stood. We were completely forgotten about.
