“We stopped by for lunch while exploring Beacon and wanted something Japanese or Asian-style. I ordered the Salmon Lover poke bowl, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Perfect balance of fresh salmon, spicy salmon, rice, and veggies. Everything tasted super fresh. I asked for the sauce on the side, which was a great option. Cozy indoor seating with friendly service, plus a good selection of lemonades. Highly recommend if you’re craving a fresh, flavorful poke!“

“So delighted that they are in Newburgh now. We had dinner and drinks, everything was very very good. The flavors and quality of ingredients were exceptional! Plan to eat there as often as possible. Even though it was only their 2nd day open, the level professionalism was obvious to all.“

“We drove from fishkill after my mom’s chemo treatment in pok … we haven’t been here in a while because it is a drive but we were in pok and we were in the mood for different. We were very happy with the food everything was great we just weren’t happy with the service, we had to ask multiple times for Splenda, the waitress spilled the milk and I used my napkins, she never gave us extra (she had them in her apron) I had to call her over for some then she was taking the finished plates and dropped the butter knife on my mothers foot and never apologized and seen it fall and looked under the table . not sure if the waitress was a bit off her game but we decided to enjoy the food.“

“I'm sure you all heard the joke that the only problem with the food at a Jewish deli is three days later you are hungry again. Well, this place is the same. Breakfast was excellent with fresh avocado, maduro plantains, huevos rancheros and other sides and it really was enough for the day. Looking forward to getting back up to Broadway again.“

“The main dining room at the Thayer has always been fantastic, great food, ambience, and very nice and attentive staff. The only problem has always been trying to just get a glass of wine with dinner--should try to make that a little more seamless. Otherwise we had a great dinner with our cadet.“

“Ordered online today and got a text saying my order was ready. I ran in to get my order and it wasn’t on the shelf. I headed over to the pickup counter and the manager asked if I needed help. After explaining the text and food not being there she quickly looked for my order. While she was looking I ran out to turn off my truck and as I was headed in the door there was the manager again with my order and a big smile! “we were staying with family in Cold Spring and they brought us here - what a treat!🤩 the service and atmosphere were fantastic. it was hard to pick off the delicious menu but we opted for garden hash and king stormy sandwich were were both amazing.the kids had the pancakes which were super fluffy and the bacon which was lovely and crispy! the spicy margarita and bloody Mary's were the best we have had while we were here. I would definitely recommend!“

“Stopped here on a road trip and had a great experience! I ordered the Deluxe Burger with waffle fries. Tasted fresh and loved the fries a lot. The Chick-fil-A sauce was a nice addition.
The staff were fantastic—super friendly, patient while I decided what to order, and even cracked some jokes that made the visit fun. The rest stop itself was also really nice, with plenty of space to relax and take a break. Definitely one of the better stops I’ve been to—would happily come back!“
