I have NEVER reviewed a single place or product before, but this place was seriously amazing and deserves the 5 stars. Some of the 1 star reviews here are shocking to me because my experience here was the highlight of my week. I ate brunch here with 2 friends a couple months ago during peak foliage season and all three of us loved it. The food was good, but the service was very slow 15 minutes before order was taken, the wait for food to arrive wasn't too bad. The waitress wasn't very attentive. I've been there before and it was fine. Maybe it was an off day. I'll try it another day.Parking: Parking is terrible!

We went to the Foundry Rose on a recent trip up to Cold Spring. The food, service and ambiance were excellent. I had the smoked salmon and my husband had eggs, sausage and potatoes. We couldn’t resist trying the pistachio gelato. Outstanding! We are looking forward to returning this summer.
