First time eating here and we went to get a good steak. We were not impressed. I ordered the $90 aged porterhouse, and it wasn't very good at all. Flavor was OK, but it was grey and had a lot of inedible parts to it. I typically am not the kind of person to complain at a restaurant, but a 90 dollar porterhouse at a steakhouse should be outstanding. This was my 1st time here and I was highly satisfied. I ordered the French Dip Au Jous which was delicious and cooked perfectly. The french onion sauce on the side complemented the sandwich well. The bread was also nice and crispy. The service was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The interior was neat and has kept a nice historic charm dating back to the structure being built in the 1700s. Highly enjoyed this restaurant and would come back here again.
