15 min at reg inside til one girl came and she was laughing with many others in back and yes she did see me looked my way and 5 min later came to get me 2 coffees and 4 donuts .... 15 min then ordered took 25 min to get that inside... They had enough ppl alot more than anywhere else...

Hands down the worst dunkin around. I used to visit dunkin every morning before work and get coffee and food. but ever since i moved and this location became the most convenient location i have stopped ordering coffee because its never made correctly. And now im going to have to stop getting food as well because suprise - they cant even give you the correct order. Complete waste of time and money

Such poor customer service today at the drive thru…. The lady working the drive thru was very rude, unprofessional and would not let me add a drink to my order that I didn’t even pay for yet. I ordered 1 coffee & asked if I could add 1 more. She said no. I had to literally park and walk inside the store after to order the coffee. What happened to customers satisfaction first ? Is this what you call going the extra mile or exceptional customer service? I guess that does not exist anymore. I could not believe it. She definitely does not belong working in customer service. Very poor experience.

My iced coffee was great but someone may want to let the employee who checked me out that a quarter is .25 cents, not .30 cents.

Ask for a refund for a drink that was made wrong. Workers were giving me a problem about it saying i ordered the drink wrong when in reality they are not trained well enough to know whats on the menu. In the end i didn't receive proper change for the refund
