Ask for a refund for a drink that was made wrong. Workers were giving me a problem about it saying i ordered the drink wrong when in reality they are not trained well enough to know whats on the menu. In the end i didn't receive proper change for the refund

Toothless woman with glasses randomly says while I'm at the window "if people can't pull up close enough make them come inside " referring to me of course. I miss calculated how I pulled up to window in a new car so I wasn't sure of measurements of said car. I asked her to repeat what she said and of course her little purple headed boy toy shuts the window rudely..ma'am I would love for u to repeat what u said when I'm standing in front of you..used to be my favorite dunkin as I always tipped very well at the window.

Tried this drive thru experience again since there was only 1 car ahead of me. I should have just left, the person in front of me waited 5 mins before they could order, then the same thing happened to me. When I got to the window (which was quickly since there was no one in line) I asked if they were short staffed, the lady said they were not...very odd. Needs faster service

If I could give it a negative star I would definitely do it. I have never experienced such slow and lazy place as these folks are. I mean 20 + minutes in drive trough to get to the window and they do t even know what you ordered. So sad that I have this place around corner and have to go to another location. I truly believe they need to close that store down and open up just an old school coffee shop. Get ride of the management and employees and start fresh.

Went there yesterday and while taking my order, I asked if they had any chocolate fingers. The girl seemed annoyed but left to check came back and said they didn't. I asked, how about any chocolate frosted? Again seemed more annoyed and never came back on the speaker. After a few minutes, a man's voice came over the speaker, and delivered their opening phrase, asking if he could take my order, and we started all over again. After we got home my mother only took a few sips from her freshly brewed decaf small coffee. She dumped the rest out and saw the bottom of the cup was filled with almost a full half inch of coffee grounds. Disgusting!! It's all of 12' to walk from the register to the donut rack, to see what donuts they have and it was to much to this girl to do. Pathetic!!! I'm done with this place and they really should just close this shop. There's only like seven other DDs within a 2 mile radius, we'll be fine.
