Food tastes good but service is worst I have ever seen. No one acknowledges you and you wait forever to get seated and served. Too bad they don’t have a competent manager or hostess.

Excellent New England clam chowder. Two of our party agreed the fried haddock and shrimp dinner was very good, as well. The salmon special was declared delicious, too. We will be back.

They have the most amazing chowder which should be a given since it's in the name they also have amazing better for their clams scallops and shrimp that you can get fried light as air and so delicious
Vegetarian options: The corn chowder what is absolutely amazing and they have it to go for it as well continue to get home by the quart

Stayed just down the road at the Burrstone Inn. Decided to try it be cause it was close. Great food, great value and the service and wait staff was very polite,, friendly, and attentive.

We did takeout for the first time and the fish fries were excellent. We have always had good meals here, mostly there for the lunch hours.
Parking: The lot is small but we have never had an issue finding a spot. But we also go off hours to avoid rush times
