First time back since COVID era. Food still delicious, but prices went up and there are multiple issues that are absolutely outrageous! Firstly, they charge 50 cents per utensil (ie 1 pair of chopsticks) for dining-in customers (see attached receipt that has "dish" in English but it's "utensil" in Chinese, so they are also misleading/lying to customers). This is absolutely ridiculous for dining in customers. I have never seen restaurants charging utensils for customers eating in the restaurants! They did not tell us this charge exists before we pay and there is no such sign in the restaurant. Also, they also only take Zelle, venmo, and cash. No credit card! In addition, they say the bathroom is out of order, but their own staff use it because I saw them going in/out of the restroom. Food-wise, got the dried hot pot (now more than $20s/person) with fatty beef, fish fillet, several types of mushrooms, eggplant, and other veggies. Since the dried hot pot is by weight, best to get ingredients that don't weigh too much! Rice with dried hot pot used to be complimentary pre-Covid, but now costs $2/bowl! Beef chow mein was ok for me (person of Asian descent) but delicious for my non-Asian partner. Overall, totally outrageous experience! Would not come back!!!

Haven't been here for many years and now I remember why. The only flavor here is spicy or no spicy. There's a wide variety of food, but the taste is bland except spicy. Everything tastes the same and mild is still too spicy. Nice people, plenty of seating, but too much good stuff out there to do this one again.

Good hot pot. Mushroom, potatos, cabagge, different kinds of tofu and meat of choide. Rice noodles were good. Right level of spice on the side. Lo mein can be considered a bit greasy but to me this is how its supposed to taste like. Good portions

Ordered delivery, waited for an hour and no one answered the phone when I called. Never gonna order again. Time wasted, money wasted, and what's more ridiculous was that when I checked on google map they closed their store after taking my order. Nothing makes sense here.

The seafood combo hotpot might be one of my favorite dishes in this neighborhood. The dry hotpot is great too and even the vegetable sides are great. Perfect for when the weather is super cold!

food is great but we paid $60 for a bowl of dry pot that probably should've costed $30. Very good food but prices are way too high for a casual dining place.

Agree with other comments - PRICE SCAM*Price is significantly higher than their advertised post outside. Probably illegal if someone sues for false advertising.*It is not much of restaurant, but fast food chain like McDonald's. Food comes in disposable plate even if you eat in person. Water comes in plastic cup too.*Actual food: dry hot pot is meh. Not very good - ingredient doesn't seem very fresh, including meats.

I love coming here to eat with my family. The only bad thing is that they are charging different everytime I go. Hopefully they fix the prices.

Outrageous price for very small portion! All the dishes I ordered came with tiny portion, not even half of the standard takeout container. Very unhappy! Won't be ordering from them again.

This was my first and last time at this restaurant. My husband and I walked in and took a table. The workers saw us sitting for at least 15 minutes and nobody told us it was a self service place until I asked the couple at the next table. I went up to the counter to order our food and received a bill higher than expected. I question her about the bill and she told me rice for both dishes were added and .50 each for our ultinsils, which is insane. Who charged for plastic utinsils?. All of these charges where not posted on the menu or on the premise. Food was not so great. I'm sorry I entered that awful place. Never again.

be careful , this place is a scam! the price their put in the outside is unmatched after I order and pay the price, it was 17.99 plus free rice and now their not only charge the rice after I pay, their even charge a chopsticks for 0.50??? I was expecting to pay 18 dollars according to the outside bill bored but end up being charged 24¥ extra ,which is 180 yuan in China , I never saw this amount of food sell this high in my life in China , is quite ridiculous ….including the chopsticks, now I feel being robbed off and will never visit this place again….. their have lost the faith of customers for exchanging of profits. And I hope their won’t get too far for doing this.Dietary restrictions: This place is a Robb Off.

I normally get rice for free with my big dry hot pot order, now they charged me extra for 2 rice that should have already been included!! And somehow portions keep getting smaller and more expensive. So untrustworthy. This probably has just officially put me off from ever going to them again.
