I have come here twice and both times they got my order wrong. The second time I specified a hot latte explicitly to avoid it happening again and it still came out iced. A hot coffee is not a complicated order!! Abysmal service

Lovely local place with insanely delicious bagels! Saved me after a long day of travel. Would return here again if I was in the area :) also the orange juice is AMAZING and almost tasted like sweet tangerines, I am from Florida so I've had many good orange juices but the type here topped them all!

The best coffee in NY, I’ve been trying many coffees, but the 11th’s st cafe has been the best for me, good food, I ordered the AM Wrap, and it was delicious, also the music, the ambience and the service was perfect, I’ll repeat it. Thank you
