To the older guy on the grill, stay off it. Cause you do a lot of talking and no actually cooking. I saw spit flew in someone order. It’s time to pack it up.

What an absolutely garbage establishment. I ordered a panini on MealPal and when I show up their grill is broken. They make no effort to compensate me by giving me another food option and when I ask for their help contacting MealPal for a refund to be able to order lunch somewhere else they give me a fake phone number. Beyond pathetic level of service.

This was the best place I ordered 3 sandwiches and I got them in two minutes the workers are fast the place is clean and it was right price for a deli in Manhattan I really recommend this place if you want a lot of options for snacks or food they open early too

A bunch of crooks. They advertise that the chicken parm hero is $8.99 with a can of soda or water on the sign out front. At checkout, they charge you $9.99 plus tax for a total of $10.99. When asked about the special advertised they say "oh it's $9.99." I told them about the $8.99 on the sign outside and they didn't care. Also, the chicken parm hardly had any chicken in it and there was no sauce. Luckily the bread was good, but unfortunately, it was all bread. Have gone there for years but will never go back. Shady business dealings.

Was going there everyday for breakfast which cost about 15$ way over priced but not only is the food low quality they charge you a different price Every tine and when I questioned the guy he took all my drinks off the counter put them back and said “you really care about 50 cents ?“ meanwhile he up charged me 50 cents from the DAY before so that’s why I said something !! save your money and spend it somewhere where the people at least have some type of class .

Best deli in Manhattan. You know it's good when you walk in and the line is out the door. Guys are funny as hell too. It's my only "must stop here" place in the city.

I accidentally ordered from this deli thinking it was the one on Lexington that seems to be closed. The guy on the phone was nice and happy to take my ordered. When I got there it was a small hole in the wall I've walked by a million times but never been to. The sandwich was soggy and not bad then on the second bite I noticed a chemically scent. Either a cleaner or scented plastic smell. But sure if they wiped down a surface before assembling my sandwich if the employee had hand lotion that that transferred to my sandwich but it was unpleasant and took a few sips of tea to get the taste out. Hopefully, this is a one off but I won't be going back.
