I got my promotional $5 coupon after see the ad of French Fry frozen yogurt and came to for a try. Worst service ever, people inside don't know what they are doing. I ask employee how to use the promotion code and the answer is no idea. The store is not even busy, he can at least give me a smile and tell me "go figure". I found a guy looked like its employee sitting on dining table, I asked for help. After a few of requests, he showed me how to use the app at last. The frozen yogurt is self-service and price is pretty high $8.30 a cup without any topping. The salty French Fry flavor tested strange, not my cup of tea. Anyhow, save your $8 for a regular ice cream shop with a smile service.

This is the greatest place to come for ice cream and froyo. The best customer service ever the workers are very lovely and nice especially an employees named Mary And Vanessa. The customer service at this location in Murray Hill was fantastic. Domino was so nice, helpful and kind. I live in Brooklyn and wish we had a 16 Handles here! We don't have any frozen yogurt anywhere in Downtown Brooklyn or Brooklyn Heights... just saying :)
