It was quite messy here... The freezer had dead bugs on the cookie dō containers, items were strewn about half-hazardly, etcetc. If possible, perhaps try visiting a different 16 handles location aside from this one.

This place is a disgusting mess. The ceiling is leaking for the past week so there is water all over the floor making it dangerous. The staff are screaming and playing around. There are nat bugs everywhere flying around and all over the toppings. The bugs were on the cups, the handles i went to pull, then when I reached for the toppings over a 100 started flying around the toppings. It was so disgusting I paid and threw out the yogurt, I refuse to eat food with bugs. The yogurt handles were so sticky and the yogurt was very soft. Skip this place, they have definitely gone downhill.

First time at this location and I am extremely disappointed. If I could I would give it a zero stars. Besides there being a repulsive leak in the front of the store. The froyo was gross and tasted like nothing . The employees weren’t even bothering to engage in customer service and I can’t believe employees here just sit on the counters and booths while they are clocked in . I shouldn’t have been surprised to see this place so empty. What a waste of money. Didn’t even finish my froyo either . Spend your money elsewhere

I just want to give this store a shout out! Besides the usual yumminess of 16 Handles and all the flavors and toppings, the person working here took extra care to provide toppings to someone in our party with a nut allergy. Thanks for your care and attention to this!

This place used to be our “go to” spot. Went today to find out they increased their prices dramatically LITERALLY DOUBLED from the last time I went. $18 for something that use to cost me $8. Completely lost my business, will spend my money else where. Don’t see how this won’t deter most people in the area

Machines were serving too soft. The yogurt was watery. This is not how it’s supposed to be but the girl at the cashier said that’s how it is. So… that’s how it is. Nasty service and watery frozen yogurt.

Traditional vanilla, chocolate or strawberry frozen yogurts along a dozen of other options of fruity, sweet birthday cake and PB or orange creamsicle. Mix as you want and top the mix with a couple of dozens of options. Pay per weight.The place was empty during a weekday afternoon.Take home options also include cookie dough pints and frozen cakes.

I just saw three employees drag a woman out of the store and proceed to throw her down and kick her bags. She got up and one of the employees put their hands on the woman and threw her down again. They would have continued to physically assault her had I not intervened. When I told them not to touch her and to just go back inside and leave her they started yelling at me to "mind my own fucking business". They brought it outside onto the sidewalk. It is everyone's business at that point. Apparently the woman had said a racial slur which is horrible and I can understand why that would make someone justifiably angry but I was trying to explain how three employees wearing the work uniform and beating up on a woman outside of the store was not a professional look and that the woman was not worth it. She appeared high and kind of out of it. Some other people were calling the cops l so I left.

i used to eat regularly but since i moved i haven't had ages.. today i had a feeling that i have to have it . My favorite thing here is to have the control for the amount to eat ! My usual is coffee, vanilla, chocolate, and tart . The cashier was duper friendly and we had a chat a bit since nobody was there. Never disappointed the ice cream! and bit of chat , what could i ask for!i got distracted not to give you (Rob Q) tip please forgive me promise next time.
