Not what it used to be!! Three years ago I gave this place 4 stars. Now the last two times I visited, at least a third of the machines were broken, and the remaining ones were mostly vegan and yogurt - plus a few odd flavors. I used to enjoy coming here, but from now on we will go elsewhere whenever the craving comes over us.

I go here every week to support and every week 50% of the machines are not working. It doesn’t matter what time it is, i haven’t seen all machines running since before Covid. What is working is generally liquidy. Don’t even get me started on the staff. A bunch of teenagers with bad attitudes who don’t care about anything. The store is always filthy too. Such a major downwards turn during Covid that I’d hoped would be resolved by now but sadly it hasn’t.

Yogurt was tasty but they were out of like half the yogurts and a bunch of toppings so wasn't as fun as most froyo experiences :/

Went there for frozen yogurt. Overall a good experience and the taste of the different flavors was okay. I feel they could have a larger variety of flavors given the size of the store.

Fanta it's pomegranate frozen yogurt. Never had it so good! 16 candles is a must to try.

POOR POOR Customer service , I walked in last night about 7pm with my grandchild, the place was dirty the topping bar was basically empty.. when I looked at the crew they all was just standing at the register doing nothing.. I got to the register this one gentleman was rushing me told me to hurry up that he needed to go on break . I apologized as my grandson was still adding toppings to his yogurt.. the guy at the register than again told us to hurry and sucked his teeth.. he was a tall gentleman he had a beanie on I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. Told me it didn't matter. This young man was very rude and Made me feel very uncomfortable.

I was really craving some froyo after work yesterday. We popped in around 6pm and i think the best flavor we had was the butter cookie- and it was an ice cream!! The other froyo flavors were okay at best. The seating area for guests was big but it wasn't as clean and no one was checking for vaccinations.

Placed two separate orders through seamless both were wrong. One had a different flavor than what was requested and one did not show up. When contacting the restaurant the restraint had a lackadaisical approach to management and customer service
Some potential. I feel like this place has a lot of potential to be a cool hang out place, but they are not quite there. I imagine they spent a lot of money on monitors but none of them were being used . Although, whoever has aux has great music taste. The coffee froyo was really good but still sweet. Low key in disbelief that it's only 66 cals

Staff is a bit wild with the words knowing this is a kids place. The equipment looks and feels questionably old. The floor is sticky. Not the first time I come to this place the floor is constantly sticky. Seating is the same everything is old and it feels that way. Some of the snacks were stale as well. Maybe it's time for an inspection who knows.. but there flavors are good ? that's why I'll go back however if the condition of this place continues as such I won't continues to return.
