One of the best buildings in Downtown. Top amenities, always clean! Everyone is very friendly. Feels like actual home! Would recommend buying/renting there!

Visiting a friend here and woman at the front desk and doorman are just rude. They are speaking to people, including myself, so unprofessionally and without any listening skills.

The front desk people are basically peak unhelpful ness. They don’t do their job and stop you if they’re in a bad mood. Maybe actually be polite ?

Worst elevetor service ever.

Consider creating a method to better detect visitors coming and going if front desk people think they need to stop someone everytime. I'm sure they don't know the names and faces of everyone coming into a 25-floor building.My friend living here has wrote down the name of the people he has visiting with the exact dates they'll be at the apartment. I've already checked in and gotten my own guest key--so why do I have to get stares, followed into the elevator, and stopped at the front to talk about who I am? Seems like it's because I don't fit a certain demographic of the type of person living here.

I was visiting a friend and I was appalled on how the chubby/overweight service man with the long hair was treating the delivery guys and even using foul language. I hope he isn't a representation on how he treats everyone

Nice and clean building, I never had problems with staff's before, but today I went for delivery around 11:30 am and when go in by Messenger entrance like always ,there was a light skin Male staff with blue tshirts and pant, he was doing something with bikes,I think he is porter or havey cleaner,has no respect,the way he treated me and told me to go through main entrance , jesus! has no respect at all, he very rude and unprofessional, he doesn't fit there,need to be more professional and treat everyone same way!!

BEST luxury condominium in the New York Financial District area.Amenities include: Concierge, Gym, Lounge, Live-in Super Media RoomSwimming Pool, Turkish hammam bath, roof deck and more. Best of all, the building staff is AMAZING!!!!

Friendly & professional staff. Well-maintained amenities and premise. Love the Turkish hammam.
