Very beautiful place. Bad service, because of the wind my cocktail flew off the table and spilled on me. The bartender refused to accept it and refused to make a new one. I was disappointed by that.

Great views and reasonably priced drinks. We went here twice on our short trip to NYC and had a great time.
The second night it rained so we ended up sitting downstairs and it wasn't that great. We were only allowed to sit in this weird back room that had dirty sofas. I really wouldn't go here unless you can sit outside on the rooftop.
The second night we also had a very rude bartender. She repeatedly rolled her eyes and had a nasty attitude when we didn't tip 20%. (Mind you we still tipped her, but I'm not going to give out $15+ each time I order for my table.)

Unfortunatelly it was raining and the top rooftop teracce was closed. Nivea views from the bar too especially onto NY and Empire State Building at night.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! We made a reservation for drinks for 7 people at 7pm and after waiting for 30min, they were still not able to seat us at a table. We decided to leave as we had a dinner reservation later that evening and Bianca told us they would reimburse the deposit ($175). We even got a note from her confirming all this (see picture). Come the next day, they said we refused the table - which was never provided - and wouldn’t reimburse our deposit.
Appalled by their deceitful behaviour, this was definitely the lowlight of our trip and will never come back.
