They stole my Samsung earbuds at coat check. They left the case and took the buds. Great staffing. I went to a company party 12/1 and the case was too big for my pockets, so I left it in my coat. I didn't pay any mind because they left the case. The next day I went to use my Buds and they were gone. It shows the earbuds were last at the lounge. So they literally rob you.

The place has a lot of potential but it was empty on a Saturday night and mind you it is located next to time square. They need a good marketing team to come in there and really do something with this place. I would get events going and get people to come in from outside. Doesn’t look like they are trying hard in this place. Drinks were ok but pricey.

We celebrated our friend's 40th birthday at 48 Lounge and were fortunate to snag a last-minute reservation. The atmosphere was lively and energetic, making it a great spot for socializing. The seating is exclusively on cozy couches, adding to the relaxed, comfortable vibe—perfect for hanging out with friends. They offer a wide variety of drinks, and the peach margarita was absolutely delicious! The live DJ kept the energy up with great music, even prompting some dancing. We can't wait to come back!

this is a cute place but the drinks were very overpriced and when i wanted to substitute one of the vodkas used in the mixed drink, the server said she couldn't bc it's pre-mixed? it was convenient bc we were killing time for a dinner nearby but i wouldn't go back.

This is typically a favorite spot for me and my husband. On this particular night, the music was very low energy. We asked the DJ to play specific music and he was very nice and accommodating. The lounge was empty, probably because of the torrential rains during the day, so overall it was a relatively boring evening. This was disappointing since we were celebrating my husband‘s birthday but usually we have a fun time.

Have been meeting colleagues and clients here recently. The venue is conducive for meetings and the staff are on top of their game. The drinks and snacks were perfect as well. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot to hang out after a show. It wasn’t chaotic. It wasn’t “extra”. It wasn’t too crowded. The service was great. The drinks were delicious. It didn’t feel like you were in the middle of Times Square, nor were the staff pretentious like many NY lounges. It just felt like you were at a “chill” lounge with good music. Be sure to make reservations so that you have guaranteed seating. It’s easy to make them on Open Table.

Happened to me and another table where we had already been sat down and even had drinks already and then a lady comes out to tell us to take our hats off because of “dress code”, need to clear that up at entrance not once your already drinking. That made us get up and leave after we finished our only drink.
