“LA RUBIA” makes the best iced coffeee ever

Great food, have ordered through apps before. AWFUL customer service - waited and the ETA kept changing, finally called and received no answer from the restaurant. Called again and finally I got a gentleman on the phone; he admitted the soup wasn't made, and I asked why they didn't bother to call me and let me know earlier. After hearing him complain about how hard life is for him and the restaurant, he finally stopped ranting and let me ask for something to replace the missing item. He blamed me for not calling sooner - I will never order from this place again.

Picture on Western omelette shows bacon yet wasn’t included on order. After asking them they say it was not included. Refused to apologize and asked me to pay for it. $10 dollar plate for eggs and bread.

Enjoyed a delicious affogato while listening to the Aunty Donna podcast. That Bobby T is just hilarious!

Dulce de leche cheese cake is so delicious and affordable. generous slice and incredibly fresh.

The homeless bum who is at the entrance asking for money makes people nervous. He keeps looking inside the bakery to see who pays cash and asks for money at the exit. Also those who charge must give the receipt to people so that there is no confusion. A few times they have overcharged me.

On Sunday October 13th around 5:50 pm
I walked in to buy a piece of cake and the lady at the register in the front (has a tattoo on her left arm) treated me and my friend with the worst attitude. Literally just created this account to leave a feedback because it’s a lovely place with yummy food but with a HORRIBLE worker. Whoever owns or manages this place should know this.
