Great spot across the street from our favorite move theater. Food and service was great. The manager offered to move our table so we would have more room.
Very good choose especially if you have kids!!! The dishes were delicious and the kids enjoyed!
5Naps was jumping Sunday evening: many Marathon runners and supporters stopped in to celebrate hence lots of ear shattering high spirits. Tables and bar were full but, in spite of the crush, the food came out piping hot and delicious; Jo, our calm and cool waiter was her usual lovely helpful self.
Five Napkin is always terrific. Good food, good service and a varied menu. Burgers are great but so are the salads! Now Five Napkin, bring back the Tuna Burger! It was missed last night.
More than just burgers! Who knew? Good service, good menu. Good location! Good experience.
I was very disappointed that The Tuna Burger is no longer on the menu. Please..Please bring it back🙏
Absolutely the BEST hamburger we've ever had in a restaurant! Perfectly cooked, juicy, everything about it was perfect! And the fries were done just the way we like. Definitely our go to place for a great hamburger!
We went here to celebrate, and it was a really perfect choice. The waiter, Fred, was one of the best waiters I've ever had (and we eat out a lot). He was attentive, funny, performed his job to perfection , even in the face of some difficult requests. The food was excellent, and the ambience was also good - informal but festive.
Nice place to have a lunch/dinner with friends or family. It is not a romantic place for couples, though. Food is amazing and price is good, considering the neighborhood where it is located.
They changed the menu and took of the ahi tuna burger which was the best thing on the menu. The sushi was stale and the fish tasted off and the chicken Cesar salad was inedible

Came for lunch on Labor Day. Wasn't too busy inside so was nice and quiet for conversation. Liked their menu with options for various protein with preferred sides or on a salad or just a good burger. Our table did a burger and two salads one with chicken and the other with salmon...we all liked what we got and portions were generous but not crazy and we finished our meals. Food was well prepared and fresh. Service was friendly and appropriately attentive. We will definitely be back!
The Five Napkin Burger on Broadway and W 84th Street is excellent. The staff is so kind and professional. It really is a lovely time dining out. Feels more like a local diner vibe with how friendly and comfortable it is. Thanks :)
Our request for a booth near the front window was honored. The restaurant was unusually quiet, which was delightful. Food was good and very enjoyable. Service was commendable. We had a lovely lunch.
Food is consistently good. Waited a ridiculously long time for meals, not sure why.....Waiter couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. The hostess was the complete opposite. Horrible way to enter. Thankfully everything else was great.
I enjoyed the food and the quickness of service. And especially enjoyed the cleanliness of the restrooms.
