We stayed here this past weekend. What a great place. The staff were extremely hospitable! From the time we checked in until we left- we encountered nothing but upbeat and friendly staff. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The location is great to get to many of the big attractions in the city. My family and I had a wonderful visit!
I had a great time at Margaritaville in NYC at first. Great location, loved the aesthetics, and it seemed well kept. The day before checkout my daughter and I woke up and found a dead roach in our bed and a roach dropping near our pillow. Front desk offered us a bottle of water and told us it would be inspected.
After being inspected I was told they couldn’t do anything for us, as it turned out not to be an “infestation” which we never claimed it to be. And that it was...
Great spot for a rooftop view if you are new to town or have some people visiting. Food was meh. Not bad, just meh. Drinks were good and not horribly priced as Manhattan can sometimes be. It was pretty busy, but we were able to snag an outdoor sofa pretty quickly.
