Went to the brand new Houston location and things are a bit rocky with staffing and supplies but I want to brag on your employee CAMILLA ! We came from NC and after visiting Puerto Rico several times I was so excited for this experience! She was so patient with us! Answered all our questions with a very helpful and cheerful attitude even tho she was drowning in drink orders! With only one other helper, she never showed any frustration and provided excellent above and beyond customer...
One of my favorite places in the City to sit with my laptop and focus on work. They have amazing coffee and the staff is always so kind and sweet. Definitely recommending and I’ll be coming back!
Blown away at the quality of this coffee, I can’t remember the last time I had a classic latte this excellent. The coffee tastes caramelized, as if there is dulce de leche without the fat and sugar, and only a faint flavor was left. Sublime.
