The cappuccino was well-made… however, I can’t justify $9.00 for a cappuccino!!!

I cannot believe how many 5 stars this place gets. Their prices have gone up SO much in the last year or so. They keep lessening their offerings and it feels so gimmicky in there now. The coffee bags were the final straw for me. I used to be a daily customer but the bags are so not user friendly, they don’t seal you can’t put them in a cup holder or hold anything else in your hand when you have one. Not to mention they proudly say they’re biodegradable but then do not have a compost receptacle to dispose of them properly so they can biodegrade… if you don’t actually do it correctly you’re not making a difference or care you just want browny public facing points. RIP to the good empanada flavors and hot sauce and genuine customer service this place had. The guys in there now are unfriendly and try to upsell you on 75 different products when all you want is a latte. Soulless!

Simple but cozy atmosphere. I really liked the service.I went to the Upper East Side unit on 80 street. I tried the coffee with sweet milk and found it delicious.

One of my favorite study spots on the Upper East Side!!! They offer a delicious selection of Puerto-Rican inspired coffee and have two rooms, one where you can buy the coffee, and one quiet one with long tables where you can work peacefully! The atmosphere is lovely and the service is great. I definitely recommend!!

Excellent place to have a coffee and you can work in silence inside its facilities or outside making calls. I loved it, for sure. I will be back soon.

Wonder Puerto Rican coffee for me and my wife. Get the rum infused horchata or Coquito. Worth the money!

Had some spare time before my shift started so I stopped by and did not regret it at all! I’m not a big coffee drinker so I’m not familiar with all the different types there are, but Xavier (if I remember the name correctly) helped me and was so kind about it! I sat down and got some homework done and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy and relaxing. Definitely going back again.

Xavier is amazing!! He was so great in his explanation and presentation of each coffee bean when I was confused on what to get. Since I was confused I let him take control of my order and I was AMAZED!! The coffee and treat both paired perfectly and I had such a great time talking with him. Will for sure come often!
