Forget Shake Shack. This is much better.
Today I got best burger I ever had 10/10.
Tried 7th Street Burger on the Upper West Side and I get the hype now. I ordered a double cheeseburger with regular fries and everything hit the spot. The burger was juicy with that old school griddle flavor and the house sauce pulled it all together perfectly. Fries were hot and crispy. The place is small but full of character with walls covered in bills from around the world and some cool photo decor. If you’re in the area and craving a solid burger this is the move.
The absolutely slowest “fast food” I’ve had in the city, and much slower than every other 7th Street Burger, even though this one was practically empty. Would go somewhere else.
Cashier acted liked we were inconvenience “I hope you don’t have a large order I’m about to close the kitchen” then while we were eating she comes over stairs me in the eye and says “you know we are closed right? Why are you here” like is this really happening? Are we still in US?
Very delicious burgers

This is one of the best burger joints in NYC. The burger is lite and not too filling. So no guilt when you’re done eating. The fries come already seasoned and are delicious. The burger are always cooked perfectly.

I recommend
Just had an amazing meal at 7th Street Burger in NYC and I’m already planning my next visit! I went for their double cheeseburger with cheese and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I paired it with their perfectly crispy fries and a cold Mexican Coke—the ideal combo for my taste buds. The burger itself could have been a bit bigger, but considering the reasonable price, it was a great deal. It’s not the place to go if you need a lot of seating, but the vibe is so welcoming and chill that you hardly notice. Definitely a must-try spot if you’re looking for quality eats without breaking the bank.

Their burger patties are similar in style to a Smash Burger, but their sauce and pickles are better. The fries are excellent. They have the crunchy fries which were probably soaked in baking soda first to break them down before frying. The best.
I recommend getting a double burger as the patties are thin.

No frills burger joint.
The burger is okay. Heavy on oil and light on seasoning.
If you cut the cheese it ends up being quite bland. Even though we paid extra for extra onions and extra pickles we didn't really get any extra than the burger that was the standard order and there was barely any sauce on mine.
Nothing to go out of your way for. But if you're near one and want a simple burger this is a passable option in a pinch. Was surprised by the google ratings so maybe a one off experience for us.
Limited seating options. More of a take out joint.
Didn't get to try the fries which are supposed to be really good.

Smash burgers, simple but delicious. We received good treatment and they brought out our food very quickly.
